Of all the things she expected to find, Geoffrey Chaucer huffing petrol fumes was at the bottom of the list.

The tentacled beast screeched, and advanced on the service station counter, looking intensely at the ice cream machine.
Sensing what was to come, the attendant started filming the scene on his phone and braced himself for some hot tentacle-beast-on-ice-cream-machine action.
This may be, he thought, the most arousing thing he'd ever seen.
