"Please don't let this happen to me, Min Hyo. I actually really like you." Hyuk begs as he's handcuffed by a police officer against a car.
I wave and turn away, into Hanbin's arms. "I missed you, Min Hyo, and I'm deeply sorry-" I put my finger on his lips to silence him.
"No, I don't want to hear apologies." Suddenly I begin to feel light and everything seems brighter. I know what's happening. It happened to my friend right in front of me. When she ... crossed over.
"Hanbin ..." I begin and take his hand. It doesn't hurt.
"H- hey.. Min Hyo, what's happening?" Hanbin frantically looks at me.
I smile. "It's time."
"Time for what? Time for-" His eyes widen as he realises. "Now? Can't it wait?"
"I'm finally at peace now, Hanbin. You can only cross over when you are truly at peace." I look at him for a while. I kiss him on the lips. "I love you." I see a light to my left and squint, and feel a strange pull from it. I begin walking towards it, and the ground disappears from my feet and I am surrounded by white.
I never saw him again.
