Kagura didn't come to school for three days now. Ginpachi had said she didn't want to see someone ever again until she dies. Okita Sougo.
The said man sighed solemnly. It was to be expected. He caught glimpse of him. He ran outside, ignoring everyone's presence. "Kamui." The name stung his tongue. It disgusted him. "I want you to fight me."
Kamui turned around, his closed eyed grin plastered on his face. He opened one eye. "Sure."
Kamui was the first to punch Sougo in the stomach. He spat out blood as he kick Kamui over, stomping on his face. Kamui flipped up, every iota of excitement disappeared. "You're weak" he crooned, as he uppercut Sougo, kicking him, when he landed. "Just. Like. Kagura."
That did it.
Sougo froze completely. His pupils dilated as he peered up, Crimson meeting blue, as he punched Kamui full fledged. Kamui coughed up blood. What the hell? That hurt like sh*t. He wasn't finished. Sougo grabbed the collar of Kamui's shirt. "Say Kagura's weak one more time." He slammed his knee into Kamui's stomach. "Kill any more of Kagura's family members. Because you're f*cking not one of them." He roughly elbowed Kamui's face. "Make Kagura cry one last f*cking time, and you won't live to tell the tale." He head butted Kamui.
Kamui fell unconscious, and Sougo kicked him off of school grounds. Ginpachi quickly called Kagura.
"Sadist."
He looked up to see glistening blue orbs. "I'm so sorry, Kagu-"
"I'm so sorry, Sadist."
She grabbed his collar and hugged him, squeezing tightly. He hugged back. When she released, she whispered. "Bend down."
"What?" He crooned.
"I said bend down, you idiot!"
He did as told, and was greeted with Kagura's lips as she kissed him. She. Kissed. Him.
"I loved you since grade six too, Sougo."
He let tears fall as he hugged her tightly. Hisashi laughed and celebrated. If Kagura's happy, he's happy. He gave up not too long ago. Ginpachi and Shinpachi clapped and cried, Kondo jumping with joy and Hijikata making an, 'it was bound to happen..' Smile.

"Chinna, I'm going now." Sougo drawled, giving Kagura a quick peck.
Kagura smiled, holding her newborn baby. "Bye, Sadist."
She still remembers the day six years ago. And she hummed a song to Souichirou.
"Oh baby, can't you see, oh baby love me too, oh baby, come with me, oh baby love me too."
