In Another Life

Just then there was another bang.

"What the?" He said, then was pushed by a force.

"Kane???" I said astonished at him. I thought...

"Its not Kane... Its Jared" I saw the same twinkle in his eyes. It was him! He's here! He came for me!

"Get these off of me!" I said.
He rushed to me and was able to get one off, but he was pulled back by the guy and thrown up.

I quickly tried undoing the other one. as I got it open I felt hands on my throat.

I choked, and gasped for air.

"You thought you'd get off that easily? You were wrong!" He said throwing me into the wall.

I groan in pain, I tried my hardest to get up but I was too weak.

"Ready to witness the end?" He said grabbing me again.

"You're not gonna win!" I was able to say.

"Watch me" he said before his eyes turned black. He was about to throw me but the Eris flew in and crashed into the window.

They began attacking him. Soon after Jared came crashing down onto the ground.

"Jared!" I rushed to him.

"I'm ok, get out while you can! Go! We can stop him! Winter... I love you... I love you so much" he said crashing his lips on mine...

Time stood still... I heard every single noise around me... From the slight touch of our skin, to the blink of an eye.

I felt the feeling crawl on my skin. The feeling in my chest.

"Winter..." He said opening his eyes.

"I can't go! I'm not losing you again!" I said as a tear began to make its way down my face.

"Winter... You are what the world needs... YOU are the only thing that matters... Without you, nothing would have ever happened... Would you risk the whole lives just for us?" He said cupping my cheek.

"...yes, because its love... If it wasn't I wouldn't risk it"

"Listen winter, you have to do this... We'll see each other in another life..."

"No! Jared don't do this to me!"

"Winter! Look at me! Everything is going to be alright! Just trust me!"

"Winter... Do it for us... I love you winter... I love you more than anything in this world... I'll see you again..."

"I love you Jared... I love you so much!" I said with tears falling uncontrollably. I got up and began walking.

"Hurry Winter we're running out of time!"

I ran, I don't know where I was running to, but I just had to let destiny take me there...
