THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW.

While Gloria sat with her purse savior Kat enjoying Gelato she saw her bodyguard assigned driver enter the place. He quickly bend down and whispered in Gloria's ear.

"Ma'am, we have to leave. I just spotted two cars of the Ferrari Mafia Gang. We are not safe here anymore" whispered the driver.

"Okay just give a minute" said Gloria to the driver and he went and stood outside the door of the gelato place.

"I am sorry dear but I have to go the niece is waiting for me. My driver just informed me" she said and for some reason Kat knew she was lying.

Kat quickly bought some accessories for Lori and went to back to the mansion with Paulo. They had, had a ton of fun but now Paulo had to return to his duties as a member and Kat had decided to give her undivided attention to the dogs. She was happy to be back but at the same time she felt caged like she was here on gun-point which was actually true. Kat thought with the dogs and Nikki to keep her company September would come soon and she would go back home.

Gloria had a long drive to Alessio's kingdom in Rome. She thought Florence was a nice change of view and maybe she could go to Milan next weekend. Gloria reached home and Elina was still not back home from her cheerleading practice. Gloria decided that she would make Elina's favorite for dinner. Alessio's had brought Elina home 11 years ago and she never asked where Elina came from, or what her history was but when she saw the little girl with the beautiful hazel green eyes all she could give her was love and comfort. Alessio only told Gloria that the little girl had lost her parents and now he was responsible for her. It seemed like Alessio's relationship with Elina is representative of the relationship he was supposed to have with Capricia.

Elina was soon home. Tired and hungry, she hugged Gloria and made her way to her room which was far away from the main residential house. It was only there to keep her and Gloria safe. Even Alessio's own men didn't know his name or anything about Elina. Gloria was known as "The Mother" after her husband's death and for most time people believed she was the one passing all the orders and keeping the Mafia moving with the help of Reggie. She is still known as The Mother. Elina quickly freshened up and joined Gloria for dinner.

"Graunt Gloria. You are the best. I love you so much you always know what I what" said Elina. Graunt was just a shipped version of Grand Aunt. Elina was a wonderful teenager, she was a cheerleader, a math wiz and one of the most beautiful girl's in her high school. She only didn't know anything about her parents or what her uncle DeVito did for a living exactly. In her eyes he was an entrepreneur and had empires all over the world. He always said if anything happens that is life threatening she would find him in New York City, USA.

"I also got you Gelato from that little shop in Florence" said Gloria. Elina gave her the biggest smile.

"Is Uncle back home yet? I miss him. It's been 2 weeks since I have seen him and you know I hardly get to see him. I miss him" said Elina playing with her food.

"Well I miss you too if it makes you feel any better" came a voice from behind and Elina jumped out of her chair to hug the tall man in a black suit against his bulky body.

"How was Paris?" she asked.

"Paris was beautiful. But the city had too many rats" said Alessio. 'Had' being the operative key word. The men who had ever seen Alessio were not alive to identify him. He never left any DNA or any clue for anyone. Ever. Not even when he was an 18 year old recruit who came to work in a disheveled prom tux. His uncle, Alfredo and his ties with the Mafia only pushed his rank higher. He never wanted to take over the Mafia, this was not in his life plan but the situation had put him in that place. Made him the mystery mob boss. Elina and her uncle, Alessio had there own language of covert action through taps and knocks because he never wanted Elina to be seen by anyone.
