There was a garage, there were cars too. In the end, the five managed to decide on an old Mercedes because it was easiest to control. Raphael backed it out of the garage and they soon found themselves in a beautiful landscape. There was a magnificent midnight blue sky, twinkling stars and a gentle moon. The corn field next to the garage entrance was glowing a soft golden colour  breath taken the five sat in their seats, Ria riding shotgun next to Raphael and Louise and Jared in the back.
"So." Ria stated, "this is Elitia, home of the alien angel things. Well I have to say, I now understand why they act superior."
"Huh. Doesn't make it okay." In a huff at being in the back seat Jared crossed his arms and slumped back against the seat, "are you gonna drive or not?" He asked Raphael, waking him out of his trance. "Uh, yeah, that's probably a good idea."
"What are we going to drive along? A yellow brick road?" Louise teased.
"Uh, yeah actually. There is a yellow brick road. What the actual hell?" Bewildered Ria wound down the window. A strip of yellow bricks wound along in front of them as far as the eye could see. Eyebrows raised, Raphael shrugged,
"Well then, we're off to see the wizard."

After they had been driving for a few days, Raphael had taught the others how, Louise was brilliant at driving, Jared could do it safely and Ria, well Ria was horrible. Her hands constantly slipped on the wheel, she mixed up the gas pedal and the break pedal and when it came to changing gears, well, the others feared for their lives,
They came across a street sign pointing to ferville, it had been the first indication of life on Elitia. Cautiously they continued along the road where they came across a barn. Tired out, the four decided to settle down inside it for the night. Deciding it was best if one person stayed awake, Ria sat with her back against the wall. She held the small pendant around her neck, it always reassured her. The necklace had belonged to her for so long that she had forgotten where she had got it from. A soft glow omitted from the pendant, that was normal though. It was a beautiful stone. A kind of moonstone, around the edge there was a delicate silver  rim, which sparkled when the sun hit it. Quietly, Ria got up and headed outside. She sat on the bonnet of the old Mercedes and looked up at the stars. There was a fluttering of wings and Clodagh stood before her.
"Am I dreaming?" Was Ria's immediate reaction, scared that she had left the barn unprotected.
"No, I'm real."
Relieved Ria jumped down from the bonnet hugged Clodagh,
"I've missed you," she stepped back and stood leaning against the car.
"Where have you been Clo?"
Clodagh shook her head,
"It is of no matter where I have been, Ria you must be careful, Esmeralda knows you have left the hideout, she will come after you. You need to keep moving."
"Can't you just zap us there?
Clodagh shook her head,
"I am very weak, just coming here has drained my power."
"Will you come with us then?" Implored Ria.
"I will lead them off your trail. It is the best I can do. Good luck Ria."
"Wait! Don't go!" But it was to late, Clodagh had disappeared.
