My heart is pounding in my ears. Flashes of white blur my vision. I don't know what's going on. I hear yells and screams. All I know is, I'm scared.
I stand up on shaky legs. Where's Jem? I search the room for those brilliant blue wings. I can't see them. All I see is white, my world is white.
I walk around blindly and smash in to walls. I hear a vaguely familiar voice in my ears. "Don't be scared. Follow me." But I don't know of I should. I don't know how I got here. At that moment, I don't know anything.
I feel a gust of wind blow my hair off my face. I see a soft pink appear and dissapear, soon I find myself following it... Into this white room. Into its white depths. I keep my eyes on the pink. Its a beautiful pink. Its like the sky as the sun sets.
But it's moulded into a shape. They are wings. I follow the wings , trying to get a glimpse of the owner. The wings get further and further away from me, faster and faster. My feet struggle to keep up. I fall.
Time slows down, the pink wings turn around I see the owner's blurry face gasp. She has short blonde, pixie cut hair. She looks sweet, beautiful, all surrounded by white. But it's her eyes that ruin the picture.
Her cold grey eyes. Like a one way door to the under world.
