It's not a smile I see now. It's more like a sad frown. She looks the same. I know of her evil intentions. But there is something different about her. It's her eyes. They're blue.
I feel my scowl turn into a frown. Kim floats towards the surface, with no sign on Mr Malcom
"Hello."
A voice in my head makes me jump. My eyes focus on Kim.
"Was that you?"
She nods her head, saying yes.
"Don't be scared, Alice. I don't want to hurt you. I'm sorry for any... Past mishaps. That simply just wasn't... Me. That wasn't Kim."
I slowly back away. "Sure! Sure, sure... WHERE IS MR MALCOM!"
'Kim' shrinks back from me.
"I-it wasn't Me! That wasn't Kim! That was... Please! Let me explain! You need to listen. How are you to save the whole of Fantasia from the vaxees if you know nothing! You are an ignorant little fool, you don't deserve my time, you should be taken by the mermaids!"
Her eyes flicker from blue to a cold grey. A aneer spreads across her face.
"You want Mr Malcom? Ha! Go get him! The vaxees are taking over, young one. Young, stupid one. Emille is going to suffer. And after she does, the whole of Fantasia will!"
She cackles and flies, quick as a flash, away from me. Mr Malcolm needs me.
The waves lap at the shore. Well, more like pounce. They are so strong, so heavy, so scary. The rocks are sharp and jagged, like the teeth of a dragon. The big ocean looks uninviting, cold and dark. I almost turn my back away from the ocean, back to the warm reassurance of Mr Malcolm's office. Bit it won't be the same. Mr Malcom isn't there.
I'm too caught up in my thoughts to notice beautiful blue wings and a familiar face, just close enough to touch me. Its not Kim. Its Jem. Too cought up to notice she is about to touch me, to stop me.
I dive reluctantly into the waves.
Who is Emmilie again? Refer to chapter 'Wahh!?' Anyways, Whats up with Kim? And I know what you are all thinking. MERMIADS!? B) Also, I feel like there are loads of characters now. Here's a little.. Thing of all of them.
Alice- main charecter.
Kim- Weird fairy, who we know hardly anything about.
Jem- Alice's friend... Or former friend.
Max- he is the weird guy, remember?
Mr Malcom- the slightly weird friend of Alice's.
Emille- victim of a kidnapping by the vaxees.
