Wha...??

"Worlds are colliding. Destruction is starting. They are all aware of it mind you, but they are just too stupid to notice they are keeping the key in solitary confinement."

I was still trying to process the information that I had just been given. Me? How?!

"Tut tut. It was quite obvious from the start. The wardif wouldn't have let you through if you didn't have priority. That is why they ramble on about ID cards... Kim only appears if you have something special... And the weeping willows... Well they just pick on anyone really. Silly old things they are."

Honestly I thought that was more than a little weird coming from a man who thinks I, ME out of everyone else can stop a Vaxee invasion.

Mr Malcom seemed lost in thought.

"Mr Malcom sir, are you sure...?"
He looked surprised.
"About what?"
I stared straight into his little eyes.
"Everything."
I answered simply.

He turned to a little sheet if glass on his desk. He waved his hand over it and it instantly came to life. There were flashing lights and buttons all over it. It was like an I Pad, only 20% more awesome! He saw my face and rolled his eyes.

"Yes I know I KNOW. It's the oldest thing out there..."

He searches on some files and finds a video clip. It seemed important. There was a fairy in a suit, speaking to the camera.

"There has recently been a report of a Vaxee outbreak. They have been spotted over town and have attempted and succeeded in kidnapping a young fairy, who goes by the name of Emilie Goodwin."

A picture of a young girl appeared on screen.

"Some of the residents saw this act. Here is a video of the kidnapping.

A fairy with bats wings had a firm grip on Emilie's arm. She had a wicked smile and eyes as Gray as a storm cloud. Her hair was black and greacy, flying free in the wind. I could hear the girl screaming as the recorder screamed for help. He rushed forward and tried to grab the Vaxee, but failed. All he could do was watch in horror as the vaxee sped away with the girl.

Malcom turned off the screen. Then he showed me a picture of a park. It looked normal at first, but on closer inspection, there were bats wings everywhere.

Mr Malcom raised his eyebrows.

"That enough proof?"

I gulped and nodded my head.
