Louis never thought he'd spend his days locked in bathrooms, hunched over toilets but here he is. He never thought he'd audition for the x factor, let alone make it into the competition, but here he is. And never, ever, in a million years, did he expect to be in the worlds most popular boy band, or fall in love with one of his band mates. He never expected anyone to love him back.

A loud knocking brought Louis out if his reverie. "Lou? Babe, are you okay? You've been in there a while." said a sweet voice.

Harry. He's the only reason Lou feels slightly guilty about what he's doing. Harry would be hurting so bad if he knew what was happening. If he knew what Lou was doing to himself after every meal and almost every interview and concert.

It didn't used to be this way. He did cut himself, but only after a bad day, where someone would make an offhand comment, or his parents would fight. He would eat. Sure, he would skip a meal here and there, but he ate.

"I'm fine, Haz. Just need a few more minutes." Lou said, twisting the small shiny blade in his hands, watching the light reflect on it.

"Are you sure? You.. You're not sick are you?" His worried voice persisted.

Louis could barely hear Niall's booming laugh while he tried to mock Harry, then an appalled scream when someone, probably Liam, shoved him.

"I promise, I'm fine love." Louis lied smoothly. "I'll be out in a couple of minutes.

He heard a soft sigh, and the shuffling of feet as Harry trudged away.

Letting out a breath Lou didn't realize he was holding, he dragged the blade across his skin, sighing quietly at both the pain and the relief it brought.

He sliced into his skin four times. Once, for Harry, for just being himself. Sweet and lovely and perfect and completely naive. Another one, is for the rest of the boys. His best friends, who love and care too much about him. Another one for his Mum and sisters, because of how much he misses them. Another one because of Eleanor and his 'date' that's happening tomorrow.

With a shaky sigh, he wetted a paper towel and dabbed softly at his cuts, wincing slightly at the sting. After pulling his sleeves down and checking his reflection one last time, Lou opened the door and went to find the rest of the boys.

He walked into the living room to find that they were all watching a movie. Perrie, who was curled into Zayn's side smiled softly. "Hi Lou."

"Hi babe." He replied softly, cuddling into Harry's chest. He pressed a soft kiss to his temple and whispered, "Are you sure you're okay?"

"Positive." Louis lied. It seems that all he's spewing out these days are lies.
