Chapter Eight

"No."

"Louis, you can't ignore this-" Niall started.

"I'm not ignoring anything!" Louis snapped. "I don't have a fucking eating disorder, it's a diet and I'm not eating the fucking sandwich!"

"Louis." Liam sighed.

"I had breakfast and lunch and I'll eat dinner but I'm not eating anymore-"

"And are you going to tell us you kept lunch down?" Zayn asked.

Silence. "Right. Look, it's okay. It's only your third day, we would have understood but now you're lying and-"

"I'm not eating the fucking-"

"You hardly ate any breakfast."

"I'm not hungry."

"Louis, please-" Liam tried to reason.

"I'm. Not. Hungry." He snapped.

"What's going on?" Harry asked, walking inside with shopping bags and a worried expression. Louis suddenly felt like throwing up, not knowing how much he heard.

"Lou didn't eat lunch." Niall said truthfully.

"Louis." Harry said, placing the bags on the counter. "You need to eat."

"I. I'm just. I'm not hungry." He mumbled, looking at the ground, avoiding eye contact.

Harry placed his finger under his chin, forcing him to look up. "Please. For me?"

Louis sighed, pulled away from him and began to eat the sandwich, ignoring the sigh of relief they all let out.

He was hoping that they would leave after he had eaten so he could sneak off to the restroom and get rid of the calories he had just eaten, but of course they had to stay. They had ended up staying the whole night, even Perrie and Dani even ended up coming, making them a horribly fattening meal and Louis couldn't even think about skipping it especially with the look Perrie gave him.

He was tired. He just wanted to be perfect.

Eleanor shuffled on her feet nervously, checking her watch obsessively.

Five minutes. In five minutes her train would be there. Sophie would be in London.

Only for a week, of course. (But Eleanor was secretly hoping she could convince her to stay.)

It had only been two weeks since she saw her, but it felt like forever.

When the train arrived, people started filing out of the doors. When she saw Sophie, she let out a breath she didn't realize she was holding.

"Sophie." She sighed, wrapping her arms around her waist and hugging her, breathing in her familiar scent.

"Hi baby." She said in her sweet voice, burying her face in her neck.

Eleanor looked around and made sure there were no teenage girls taking pictures before pressing their lips together, sucking on her lip gently before resting their foreheads together. "I love you so much, sweetheart."

"Mmm." Was all she said.

Eleanor sighed. "I know you don't believe me right now, love but. I promise that'll change."

Sophie bit her lip, unsure what to say. "I missed you." Is all that she says.

"I missed you too, baby. So much." El said. "Let's go home."
