Chapter Thirteen (Part 2)
"What are you doing here?"
"I'm good, thanks for asking." Perrie said sarcastically.
Harry laughed before apologizing, kissing her cheek hello and pulling her inside where Louis was sitting on the couch, petrified.
"Zayn told me you were in New York." Perrie explained, before sitting next to Louis. "I was here with the girls. I figured I'd come and see if you were alright."
"I'm fine." Lou said uncomfortably, shifting in his seat.
Perrie nodded, clearly not believing him.
"I. Uh. I'm going to find Niall." Harry said before grabbing his coat and squeezing Louis shoulder as he headed towards the door.
They sit in an uncomfortable silence for a few moments after the door shuts.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Perrie asked, unable to hide the hurt in her voice.
"Pez." Louis sighed.
"No, Louis." Perrie snapped. "More importantly, why didn't you tell Harry?"
"I. Just, I didn't want to cause any trouble." Louis tried.
"Louis."
"I just. It helps me."
"It doesn't."
"How would you know?" Louis snapped irritably.
"And how long did you think you could go with out eating?"
"I eat. I just can't eat as much as the rest of the boys do and still look perfect."
"Sweetheart, you already are perfect. Ask anyone." Perrie said with a sad look on her face.
"I'm not," Louis seethes. "I have a fat stomach, huge, disgusting thighs and I-I can't even look at myself, how can I expect other people to? I have to be perfect. I can't keep fucking up, because everybody will hate me and Harry will hate me and I need him and, and-" Louis cut off from his rant and buried his face in his hands and tried to breathe.
He was so sick of trying.
"Oh, Louis." He felt a soft hand on his arm.
"N-no. Don't touch me." He said, curling into a ball.
Perrie moved her hand while Louis started to breathe heavily. "I-I can't. Breathe."
"Louis?!" Perrie cried. "What do I do?!"
"I- Harry." Louis gasped out. "Need Harry."
The last thing Louis remembered was seeing Perrie basically dive across the room for her phone before blacking out.

Louis blinked out of sleep and he immediately knows he's in Harry's arms, his distinctive cologne is wrapped around him like a safety blanket.
He looked up at the younger boys face and felt his heart ache. He had a red, puffy face with dark bags under his eyes. His lip was raw from being bit on, a nervous habit of his. Even in his sleep, his brow was furrowed with worry.
'You caused that,' a voice inside his head hissed. 'All you do is cause him pain. He deserves better then you.'
"I need to leave." He thought out loud. The only way Harry was going to move on, was if he left. He figured it wouldn't take that long. Maybe after a week or two he'd realize how better off he was without him. He slowly started to creep out of the bed.
