Chapter 8

Its been a while huh. Sorry guys. Ive been having so many problems lately. I kinda have writers block. I'm not sure where I'm going with this story but... we'll see where it goes?

I got up on the roof of a nearby building and looked over at the park. There was 2 people there just sitting on the bench talking.

"It's a purrfect night huh my lady." I heard Chat say. He was standing behind me but I didn't turn around.

"Hello to you too Chat." I kept looking at the couple. They seemed to be talking about something serious.

"What are you looking at?" He asked.

"I'm watching this couple in the park. They're just talking but one of them is starting to look sad." I said pointing over at them. Chat walked over to the ledge.

"Ah I see. We should keep watch incase for an akuma." He looked over at me.

"You know what I admire about you?" He asked.

"What?" I kept looking at the couple.

"You seem to care about everyone even though you don't know them. You're always concern with everyone. No matter who they are." He said reaching over for my hand. I looked at him.

"It's just part of the job kitty. It's our job to watch over the people of Paris." I said. He grabbed my hand and kissed it.

"I know. It's just when you do it, your eyes just like change. Its a beauti-"

"Shit I see the akuma. Come on Chat!" I swung my yo-yo towards a lamp post and went over to the couple.

"Brandon! What's going on!" I heard the girl yell with concern.

"You can't leave me Taylor! I can't let you leave!" He said reaching towards her. I immediately grabbed Taylor and pulled her away.

"Ladybug! Don't get involved!" he yelled.

"Brandon you need to calm down. If you don't calm down the akuma is going to take over!" I said.

"What does it matter?! The love of my life is going across the world and I'm never going to see her again!" he fell on his knees crying. I heard the faint murmur of "Yes Hawkmoth".

"Chat get Taylor out of here!" I said giving him her.

"Will do my lady. Be careful. I will be right back." He carried her away. I turned around and looked at Brandon. The akuma was in one of his pockets. I saw the faint light of a box.

"Oh Brandon." I said sadly. He was going to ask her to marry him.

"LADYBUG! BRING BACK TAYLOR!" he yelled.

"I can't do that Brandon." Brandon was now dressed in a suit. He looked ready for a wedding. I wondered what his power would be.

"Ladybug! I will take your miraculous and Taylor will stay with me!" he yelled. He ran towards me. I swung at him with my yo-yo and trapped within the wire.

I brought him closer to me. I was about to reach into his pocket when...

"LADYBUG NO!" I heard Chat yell.

"What?" I looked up and Brandon was now holding me.

"You are now apart of me Ladybug. You will now be apart of the ring that I shall give Taylor." I saw a flash of white and then nothing. It was extremely dark.

"Chat Noir now I have Ladybug! If you want her back give me your miraculous!" Brandon yelled.

I felt the whole place around me move. I saw light from the opening of the box. Chat looked at me.

"Ladybug I will get you out!" He said.

"She is now in the diamond of the ring Chat Noir, and she will stay there!" I hit the walls around me.

"CHAT! GET ME OUT OF HERE!"
