Training-Death Wolf Style(8)

------------A couple days after Noah visits-----------

Blood rolls down my arm from the cut on my shoulder. I look at the attacker and nod my approval.

Shade puts the sword down, careful not to chip it's obsidian blade. 

"You ok?"He asks, sounding concerned.

"Yeah I'm good. Good job though on the sword form 3 q! The arch was perfect and the power was excellent." I grin, proud of my apprentice. He beams happily.

"Go get some rest, you deserve it." Shade nods and sheathed his sword and walks off to the castle.

I go over to the fountain and use the water to clean my small cut.

I pick up my shining white black blade, it's edges are newly sharpened. I can hear Coral and Flame fighting, they're advanced fighters.

I walk over and watch, invisible to their eyes.

Coral spins around, her blue/white hair sparkling against the light. She just dodged a sword slash and flashes forward with her own attack, a kick and an arch horizontally. Her opponent is dazed for a second and parries her arch just in time.

She meets his block with a kick to his feet, knocking him down. He lands with an 'oomph'.

She pins him down, using his own blade to his throat. Her eyes are light grey/blue and they sparkle. 

"Surrender?" She asks, panting slightly. 

"Yes." Flame grunts, breathing heavily. Coral gets off him, happy. She helps him up and picks up his sword also giving to him. He walks off, obviously pissed.

Coral picks up her blade and sheathed it in her sparring bag. She takes out her phone and calls someone, I walk away as she does this. 

I bump into Riptide on the way to The next training session,

"Hey where r u going?" I ask, slinging my bag over my shoulder.

"Coral just called me, she wants to hang out." He says, his blue hair ruffled. 

"Hmm hmm" I murmur before walking away,not bothering to turn around and answer him when he calls me asking.

I walk over to Night and Bramble, they are locked in wolf battle. 

Night is a big black Wolf with gleaming silver eyes while Bramble is a big brown wolf with ghostly blue eyes.

Night lunges at Bramble and they tumble around, claws slashing and fangs bared. Night lunges into Brambles side, causing Bramble to be unbalanced, giving Night the chance to hook her claws into his side and slash down. Bramble yelps in pain and drops of blood land on the ground.

Bramble whips his head around and bites down on Nights leg and yanks. Night falls down and Bramble snaps at her exposed belly, his claws already drawing blood on her sides. 

They tumble again and again. Each match their own strength and finally they both surrender. They shift back into their human forms and shake hands. 

I smile as I watch them, they make a cute couple(ehehe). I walk away, content. My phones buzzes a couple minutes later and I look at my notifications. Someone texted me.  

Lily:Hey! We just figured out a cure! Lillian is ok now,she's just resting! 😀

Me: That's great news! Thank you so much! I'll stop by the medicine wing later. 

Lily: Ok

Lillian was bitten by a vampire wolf, she became infected. The medicine team has been trying to figure out a cure for her and now they have.  Misty, her mom has been relieved of her guard duty until they found a cure, while her father Pine has still been training but stopped a couple times to check in on his daughter.

The sun is shining and people are training their forms and magic. 'I should practice myself' I think as I walk to the garden again. 

------Noah comes later on and we plan a meeting at another world. I try to talk about alternative options to our peace treaty and he tells me that he has Daisy(Lilacs daughter) to use her as persuasion. --------

Natiallies P.O.V:

I watch as Daisy glues the cutout shapes onto bright pink paper, she's making small gifts for her friends.

 "Hey Daisy, want a snack?" I ask, now realizing that we didn't have lunch yet.

"Yes! I like carrots and apples!" She giggles. Daisy is only around 6, though she is quite a healthy eater.

"Wanna come with me to the kitchens?" I ask, knowing I shouldn't leave her alone.

"Ok!" She agrees and gets up. Her pink shirt ruffles as she does so.  

I take her hand and we walk down to the kitchens, getting greeted by Aero, he's working on dinner for tonight. I ask Chrissy, another friend of mine that works in kitchen wing to make a snack for Daisy. She obliges.

We wait on the outside patio, I watch as Daisy chases a puppy around, it's golden tail wagging crazily.

A crash emits from the kitchen and I rush in, wanting to make sure everything is ok. A window is shattered near the ovens and Chrissy is in a panic. 

"What happened??" I ask confused. 

"The window just shattered! I don't know how but..." She picks up a solid looking object. A piece of paper and it reads: 'Thanks' and it has a daisy stuck to it.
"Shit" I scream and I run out to the porch, Daisy is no where to be seen.

"Daisy? Honey where are you?" I shout, hoping she's just hiding and she's not gone.

No answer.

Chrissy is next to me, still clutching the note.

-------They never found her.Noah took Daisy------ 

Once Noah told me this, I has a sinking feeling that I would never see her again. I didn't know how right I was until I saw her amulet, it's chain was broken. 

Amulets are given to all DeathWolves during their apprenticeship,each must keep it on. It helped with containing power, and it just helped you when you needed it; like say if you were hurt it would heal you. You could take it off of course when you graduated but she said she'd keep hers forever. That's why when I found hers the night after the meeting with Noah, I just broke down crying.
