Weddings Are Fun(15)

A wedding was held for Cadence and Thorn today. It was a really fun wedding ._.. This is how it went:

So I'm helping Dancer, a friend of mine, set up chairs and flowers for Candece and Thorns wedding. I put roses along the edges of the seats, and ready the white flower petals. Thorn and Cadence wanted their wedding outside in the field, so that's why were in a field. XD

"I think were done." Dancer says, stepping back and looking at the set-up.

"Yeah, it looks awesome. I'm gonna go and see how Chrissy is doing with her cake. I walk to the kitchens and open the doors, surprised to find a foot high white and red wedding cake.

"Oh wow! That's amazing!" Chrissy beams at her hard work.

"The wedding is in an hour. I'm gonna be back sometime later before the reception to help you bring out the food k?" Chrissy nods and starts putting extra edible silver flowers along the layers.

I see Shade talking with Thorn and I walk over, wanting to congratulate the fiance of my friend. They look at me as I walk near, bowing.

They were my friends but I was still their princess and so Yang made it clear that I should start acting like it. Everyone has to bow or whatever and it's so awkward.

"Hello princess." Thorn greets me happily.

"Congrats Thorn! I'm really happy for you." I say, enthusiastically.

Shade smiles and Thorn replys:

"Thanks Amythyst. Also thank you so much for helping prepare our wedding. It means a lot." I nod at his appreciation and look at Shades proud face.

"I asked Shade to be one of my best men." Thorn pipes up.

"Oooohhh" I say. Lol.

"Good job Shade." I say to him and he beams.

I leave them, but before I do I hear what Thorn murmurs to Shade: " I'll help you with your wedding whenever you decide to ask your babe."

I blush hard and walk away quickly, pretending to not hear. I walk to Cadences room. I knock and Natalie let's me in,

"Hey how's the future wife doing?" I tease. Cadence is twirling in her long white and gold dress. She looks up and cursties as I draw near.

"I'm doing great! Er I'm kinda nervous though." She says, twirling her sunset colored hair.

"You look beautiful and you will do well." I assure her. She smiles and looks to Sapphire, who's holding a bag of makeup in her hands.

"I'll leave ya to it." I say and walk out, closing the door behind me.

That reminds me that I should put my dress on.I walk to my room and go through my closet, looking for a dress. I have 5 closets, 2 of which hold my dresses. I ruffle through the clothing until I get to some of my newer dresses.

I love purple and since I love orginization, I go to the purple part of my dress section. I find a purple dress I found suitable and I change into it. (Its The dress showing. Also that's not me wearing it)

Charlette shows up around this time and offers to help with my hair. Char is really good with hair and already did Cadences and her bridesmaids hair.

She gets out a curler and we have a conversation about pups training while she pins my hair up.

She decided to put soft small curls in my hair and she fastens a a black and silver crescent in my hair. I admire her work in the mirror when she spins me around.
