I can't think, I can barely breathe, my heart is racing and my body is sweating. I feel like I'm sick but this time it's not the hangover, but mostly full of guilt.

"What a coincidence that the clothing store owners are here." Jessica smiled. "I swear I need a room filled with their clothes." I'm still trying to figure out what the fuck is going on right now. Is this really happening?! Brooklyn is here, she's really here! Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck.

I'm trying not to act stupid and run over there and proclaim my love for her. Man it seems like I was just dreaming about her out of no where and now she's really here in person. "What do you want to eat?" I try and change the subject, fighting the urge to look over and take in her pure beauty. Fuck what am I thinking, you're with Jessica Bruno. A Latina model!

Jessica must not have heard me, "Goodness. How old are they? Multimillion clothing store and they look so young."

I sigh, "They are just younger than me." I felt Jessica's eyes on me like she was waiting for an explanation as I looked up at her and put my menu down, "I went to school with both of them. Since Elementary school, they've been hip to hip, been friends since the day they met. The brunette girl, her name is Brooklyn, she moved to Hawaii when she was eight." I sigh, I can't believe I'm talking about this to my girlfriend, "and her partner who is also her best friend is Elizah. They're usually with their other friend Nick, he's God knows where if not with them."

She gasped, "Why didn't you say anything?"

I shrugged, "There is nothing to say."

"Well I think we should invite them over."

"No!" I blurted. "Don't you just want to eat alone? Besides, it's been eight years since I've seen them or talked to them. That's high school Jess. It's gonna be real awkward."

Her eyes widened, "C'mon Bruno! I've seen their clothes and faces appear in big name magazines. What if I can model their clothes? This can be a big opportunity for me." She starts to pout, "Please.."

I was trying to hold back so much frustration as I grunt, "I'll ask. Just give me a second." Jessica smile and nodded as I stood up and walked towards the kitchen and seen our waitress who was also their waitress. "Hey sweetheart, can you do me a favor?" The waitress listened carefully as I asked her to put their lunch on my tab. I'm not asking them to come over but hopefully they will want to stop by and maybe say thanks and leave. I just can't have them at the same table as me. "Can you do that for me?"

She smile and nodded, "Of course. Anything for Bruno Mars."

I smile at her as she walked away to their table with their white wine. I walk back to my table with Jess as she looked at me, "So?"

I sigh trying to think of a lie to keep Jessica from inviting them over, "The waitress said a couple of people had already asked to sit with them or have lunch with them and are actually talking business right now and can't see anyone currently." She looked upset. I leaned forward to her and speak lowly, "She thinks she heard them say something about someone trying to steal and now they're investigating." Jessica's eyes widened. "So it's probably best we don't get involved. But I was nice enough to pay for their meal, so they might come over afterwards."

She smiled at me, "You're so sweet baby."

After we ate lunch and talked about going back to California, I forgot about Brooklyn and Elizah until I felt my heart twisting at the sound of high heels walking towards my table and Jessica's eyes lighting up. "Hello!" Jessica smiled.

I slowly looked up and she wasn't looking at me but smiling at Jessica. "Thank you so much for dinner. It was delicious." Elizah said smiling at us.
