Luke's pov:

I sat in my bedroom after Calum left. The words my bully said to me really stuck with me. I could still hear the words flowing through my ears and it hurt. Maybe I should go out today. I stood and pulled on a clean shirt and some black skinny jeans. I walked towards the door and began my walk to the park. When I got there, I sat in a swing and put in my music. Someone sat in front of me and smirked. I gasped in fear as I realized who it was.

"Luke? Luke hemmings? Still pathetic as ever I see." The person said. Before me, stood my high school bully. "Luke, why are you still here? You should have killed yourself a long time ago." He stated. I felt tears welling up in my eyes. 'Don't listen to him Luke.' I told myself. "Just do it, end everyone's pain and suffering." He said. Pain and suffering?

"What do you mean by that?" I ask.

"Oh, nobody wants you here. That's why everyone wishes you were dead. They just don't have the balls to tell you. Luckily I do." He said with a smirk on his face.

I stood up and ran home. I knew what had to be done. I ran all the way up to my room and looked around frantically. The bully's words still rang through my ears. I snatched a pencil sharpener off of my desk and smashed it. I grabbed the blades and ran into my bathroom. Right as I sat down and pressed the blade to my skin, I heard knocks on my door. "Luke? What was that noise? Are you okay in there?!" I heard Calum yell. I could hear Calum, Lacy, and Michael outside of my door talking and soon the bedroom door was busted open. Next they tried to get my bathroom door open. "Luke? Luke! Open the door!" Calum screamed. I pushed the blade farther and then pulled it up to my neck. By then I was already losing blood from my wrists so I was feeling lightheaded. Right as Calum burst the door down followed by Michael and Lacy, I blacked out hearing Calum's cries.
