"What do you mean?" Ino asked, unable and refusing to accept what she just heard.
"He is now in a critical but somewhat stable condition. We have to keep him monitored at all times. Any slight twitch of condition, we have to be on high alert. But you guys better prepare yourselfs, things don't look very pretty. I suspect a brain damage but I can't be sure." Tsunade said tiredly, looking at their shock or horror filled features. Sasuke dropped to the floor, his body suddenly going weak from the thoughts of living without his bestfriend. He would give up on everything if it meant that Naruto would live.

Tsunade sighed and leaned back into her office chair. A flicker of chakra was her only alert before an Anbu appeared in front of her. The Anbu handed her the letter she had been waiting for and bowed before disappearing quietly.
Dear Tsunade-San,
Thank you for bringing my attention to this horrible thing they call a council. They do not deserve the title and I hereby disband the council and give you, Tsunade Senju, the power to form a trusted council of your own. I agree with your idea of forming two separate councils: one for shinobi and one for civilians. The cilivians have stepped too far if they believe that votes can out rule a hokage. I do hope that Naruto-Kun is alright. He has helped my family greatly in the past and I wish to repay him but he has refused the offer, saying that to help people and never give up was his ninja way. This boy is something special. Something that is rare and powerful. Please realise his potential.
Fire daimyo.
Tsunade grinned. Now time for some action! She called Shizune to assemble the council for a meeting. When Tsunade arrived, the council members were murmuring to each other and discussing why the sudden meeting. She strolled in confidently and towards her hokage chair. The clan members spotted her and immediately quietened down. The civilians, however, were still talking to each other. Tsunade twitched at their disrespect. Hehe. Disrespect all you want now. You will never get to do it ever again after this meeting.
"What is this meeting for Tsunade?" Homura asked when the Hokage was silent and glaring at everyone.
"Its Tsunade-sama to you!" she snarled as she sat down in her seat. "Now tell me, what were you guys doing in the cell of Uzumaki Naruto?" This question caused most of the two councils to look at each other in surprise.
"What we were doing in the cell has nothing to do with you lady Tsunade." Hiashi said, trying to keep his cool and trying to figure out what Tsunade's next question would be. Tsunade scowled at them as her eyes narrowed dangerously.
"His condition is bad! Chakra points have been blocked and he was on the brink of death! Only the hyuuga can cut of chakra through the way his chakra points had been blocked. How do you explain your little visit now?" Tsunade demanded, slamming her hand onto the table to stress her point. The civilians flinched from the sheer power and angry shown through that one slam of the table, the ninjas all forced themselves to stay still and not react. When no one answered, she sent out a wave of her chakra, the killing intent spread through the room. But none spoke either way.
"Alright then, let's not talk about that... For now. Let's talk about the Uzumaki Naruto-" immediately the council erupted, becoming noisier and noisier.
"I say we banish him!"
"No! Execute him!"
"Torture him!" Tsunade twitched again, she has been twitching a lot the past few days. She waited for a bit, a tick mark forming on her head as she gritted her teeth to restrain herself from tearing them all apart. "Shut up!" She shouted and the silence washed over them quickly.
"I have found evidence that Naruto did not do it." She started, watching their reaction and part of the council started protesting about it. The ninja council tensed. Tsunade gestured for something to be brought forward. The television in the room played the clip in the prison where Naruto was held and it showed the council throwing in their two cents of abuse. This made them all pale in horror. Tsunade ripped out a scroll and started reading the important bits. "To summarise it for your dense brains, this council is disbanded and Uzumaki Naruto is released from prison, ready to be brought back to ninja duty if he wants to. Now... For the crimes you have committed, Anbu! Take them to Ibiki!" She ordered and before anyone could do anything, the Anbu had already grab hold of them and lead them away. Tsunade sent a silent prayer for Naruto before she stood up to return to her work.
