Clace, a different world

Reality

Clary walked down the hallway looking left and right before turning down each corridor. She was desperately trying to avoid Jace. What was she supposed to say if she saw him?
'Hey Jace, I didn't mean what I said yesterday, I actually think your kinda a scum bag'
' Jace, never talk too to me again'
''Please don't tell anyone what happened, you can beat me up when ever you want.'

Practically anything to stop him from socialising with her again. Clary was absolutely humiliated about what had happened; she had said 'I love you' to a bully. I didn't even mean it. I think.
"Hey Clary."  Jace popped up in front of her, scaring the living daylights  out of her.
"About yesterday ..."  He took a step towards Clary. "Well, I-I-" Clary tried to push him away but that didn't do anything: he was too strong and as soon as Clary felt Jace's muscly stomach her legs went to jelly. She looked into his gold eyes. 
"What? You gunna bat me up again?"
"Clary, no. I wouldn't-"
"YO, JACE!" It was Sebastian and his friends from down the hallway.
"Really?" Clary replied to Jace's earlier comment.
"Come on mate, give a little knock about." Sebastian said.
Jace sighed and turned to Seb.  "Don't you think we've done that enough. Can't we just find someone else to pick on now, besides, I'm getting bored of her face."
Sebastian eyed Jace. "Well I'm not. So go on then." He nodded to wards Clary.
Jace quickly turned around, with almost no hesitation, a hit Clary directly in the diagram, knocking the wind out of her. She fell to the floor, clutching her stomach in pain. She there for about a minute before grabbing her pepper spray from her bag.
A boy bent down to her level and looked at her with a worried expression, it was a fa e she was familiar with, but she panicked: She was on the floor week and there was a strong boy next to her. Before she realised who it was, she squirted the spray into his eyes. He yelled and covered his eyes with his hands.
"What the hell Clary!"
"Simon!" Clary gasped.
