chapter 4/TryOuts

*Alex's POV*
Me and Jaydyn had finished watching Halloween. I was about to put on mean girls until my phone went off.

Hayes👌:Hey
Me:Hey wyd?
Hayes👌: nun wbu?
Me:watching Netflix with my brother lol
Hayes👌: oooo can I come over?
Me: sure?
Hayes👌: I'll be over in 5

We'll then... okay? He barely knows me and he like wants to hangout a lot. Eh whatever!

*ding dong*

"I'LL GET IT!" I yelled running down the stairs.

I went to open the door but accidentally hit my head instead.

"Hey" I said rubbing my head.

"Hey your okay?" He asked laughing.

"Yep" I said laughing.

We went up to my room and my brother was gone.

"What do you wanna watch?" I asked.

"Mean Girls!" He yelled

"Okay?" I kinda asked laughing.

I put on the movie and we kinda just messed around. I pulled out my phone and went to snapchat.

I held my phone up so we can take a selfie. But I just ended up hitting record.

He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my cheek and I made a shocked face, that's when I ended the video.

I captioned it "This kid😂💗" and posted it in my story.

He then took his phone out and just kept taking videos of me and was being really annoying.

*knock knock*

"So I talked to the-- oh hello hayes" my mom said.

"Hi mrs.williams"he said.

"Anyways! I talked to the principle and she said that there is soccer tryouts tomorrow"she said

"Okay! What time?" I said

"1:30" she said

I nodded my head and she left.

"So you do soccer?" Hayes asked.

"Yea and volleyball" I said

"Ohhh" he said

*bing bing*
I turned my phone on and it was Amy and Jenna.

Amy😝:Dude what the fuck?!
Jenna😋: WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY HUSBAND?!
Me:Guys he's just a friend calm down!
Jenna😋: a "friend" my ass I'm telling you your gonna end up being his hoe
Me:yea and you wanna be his hoe
Amy😝:I don't get it, you barely know him and you guys are like friends and I'm a fan and he has no fucking clue who I am😤😒
Me: why tf are you guys mad at me?!
Jenna😋:BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW HIM LIKE WE DO!!!
Amy😝:I mean yea good for you, but wtf man! You don't even know him and your hanging out with him
Me:K bye
Jenna😋:No don't you fucking leave!
Me:Well you guys are getting mad for no reason so?
Amy😝: I'm sorry it's just that since you moved away it's not easy.. and your hanging out someone I really wish knew I existed..
Jenna😋:^same...
Me: I'm sorry...

They left me there and I kept watching the movie with hayes. I eventually felt my eyes get heavy and I felt his arms go around my waist. And I fell asleep shortly after.

Next day

I woke up with Hayes next to me. I checked my phone and it was 11:45. I needed to start practicing before I went to tryouts. I woke up Hayes.

I started to get ready and when I left the bathroom Hayes was leaving.

"Hey" I said

"Oh hey, um I gotta go good luck with tryouts" he said smiling and giving me hug.

I put my cleats on and grabbed my ball and went outside.

I kicked the ball around for awhile until my mom came out.

"Are you ready?" She asked

"Yea" I said grabbing my ball and going to the car.

We drive down to Davidson Day and my mom was giving me "Pep Talk" which really wasn't anything because she had no clue what she was saying.

We want to the field and the coach had told me what to do.

After tryouts were done they had told us who had made the team.

Alexis Williams" and the coach went on.

I was happy that I made the team, not that I didn't have any doubt I wasn't gonna make it.

*Bing bing*

Hayes👌: Hey how was tryouts?
Me:good I made the team💁💅
Hayes:THATS MY GIRL!!!!
Me:💁😂
