Alex Williams, 15 year old girl moving from the big city, aka NYC, all the way to North Carolina. But then she realizes she has no friends, so on the first day she meets this kid named 'Hayes Grier'
*Alex's POV* "Sweetie you have to go back to school at some point.." my mom said.
"Ughhhh!!" I yelled going to my closet.
I grabbed a blue long sleeve shirt with an elephant on it. And some ripped skinny jeans. I put my white converse on and I straightened my hair a little bit and didn't put any make up on.

I grabbed my back pack and ran to the car.
All I could think about was Hayes...
I got to school and saw Layla and Bailey.
"Hey! Your back!!" Layla yelled and hugged me.
"Hi guys" I said hugging them.
"Its a miracle that you and Hayes came at the same time!" Bailey said.
"Hayes is here?!" I asked. I was happy.
"Yeah! But he's with Tez and Daniel" Layla said.
"Oh cool" I said.
"School has literally been hell!" Layla said.
"Hasnt it always?" Bailey asked.
"True tho!" I said flipping my hair back with a laugh.
The bell rang and school started...
I know Hayes broke off the relationship but.. I still think we could be friends.
**after school**
"Hey Hayes!" I yelled running after him.
"Oh.. hi alex.." he said
"Can I walk home with you?" I asked.
"Dont you have a boyfriend?" He asked.
"No" I said shrugging my shoulders.
"Um.. okay then let's go" he said.
We kept walking.
"So what happened between you and Josh?" Hayes asked.
"Theres was never anything" I said.
"But y'all seemed to have something" he said.
"I turned him down" I said.
"Why?" He asked.
"Because I still have feelings for someone" I said.
"Oh.." he said.
"Hayes?" I asked.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"I'm sorry.. for everything" I said.
"Alex I don't really wanna hear it! I know it's hard to get over but I can't handle this anymore! You cheated on me!" He yelled.
"I cheated on you?! You cheated on me first!!!" I yelled back.
"Yeah! I know!" He yelled.
"And that changes things how?!" I asked/yelled.
"BECAUSE I ALMOST DIED BECAUSE I WAS SO I'M LOVE WITH YOU!! YOUR SO FUCKING BLIND ABOUT THAT!! CANT YOU REALIZE THAT!!! I ACTUALLY LOVED YOU AND YOU WENT AND PLAYED AROUND WITH OTHER GUYS DURING OUR RELATIONSHIP!! JUST STAY AWAY FROM ME!!! I DONT WANT TO BE AROUND YOU!! YOU FUCKING DISGUST ME!!" He yelled at me as I started to cry..
"I'm sorry I actually tried.." I said and saw a car coming.
"Alex.. I'm.. I'm sorry.. i-I didn't mean it" he said. And I walked right in front of the car. And things went black.
*Hayes's POV* "Alex.. I'm.. im sorry.. i-I didn't mean it" I said.
She looked back and then walked in front of a car. The car stopped after they hit her and then took off.
"ALEX?!" I yelled and ran to her.
"SOMEONE HELP MY GIRLFRIEND IS HURT!!!" I yelled.
I called the ambulance.
"9-1-1 what is--"
"I'm on the corner of Edith and Rainfield Avenue my girlfriend is hurt!!"I yelled cutting them off.
"Help is on the way" they said and sure enough the ambulance were here.
**at hospital 1 week later**
"Friends and Family of Alexis Williams?" The doctor asked. We all stood up.
"She will be okay but she will need to stay here for a week.." he said.
"Can we see her?" I asked.
"One at a time" he said.
"Okay thank you" I said.
"Hayes you can see her first.." her mom said.
"No-no-no you go first, I'll stay here" I said.
"Are you sure sweety?" She asked.
"I'm sure" I said.
She hugged me and ran to her daughter.
**20 minutes later**
"Hayes you can see her sweetie" Mrs.Williams said.
"Thank you" I said and went to her room.
I knocked on the door and opened it.
"Hey.." I said.
"Hi.." she said.
"Alex I'm so sorry" I said.
"Its fine.." she said.
"No it's not.. I shouldn't have said those things I said!" I said tearing up.
"Hayes-hayes-Hayes!! It's okay!" She said.
"But it's not" I said.
"I'm not dead so it's okay" she said.
"Alex.." I said.
"Hayes it's okay" she said smiling.
"Do you even remember anything?" I asked.
"Um? Yeah that your my boyfriend" she said.
"Yep! Good glad you didn't forget that!" I said. She forgot I was in the hospital and why she's in the hospital.
"Okay so why am I here?" She asked.
"You got hit by a car.." I said.
"Oh.. but I'm fine? There's like hardly a scratch on me?" She asked.
"Youve been here for like a week already" I said.
"Makes sense" she said.
"Yep!" I said.
"Okay well I gotta go babe I love you" I said.
"I love you more" she said and I kissed her. Ugh I missed those lips...
