Funny Moments on the Argo II

Row row row your boat....

Annabeth stared out across the Atlantic sea. The sun was going down and made the water look orange. She sighed and shifted feet, leaning on the safety bar. She heard someone coming up the steps onto the deck, but she didn't care. Someone poked her on the side and she jumped. Her seaweed brain was grinning like a mad man.

"Gotcha." Percy said, trying hard to hide the laugh that was escaping. Annabeth elbowed him, then turned back to the view. Percy leaned on the bar next to Annabeth.

"It's a beautiful view," Annabeth said. "Reminds me of camp." Percy nodded.

"So true."

As the two stared out across the sparkling water, a humming sound came on. It was the ships intercom. The humming sounded like a song.... Row row row your boat? Annabeth looked around, but no on else was on the deck. As the song repeated the same tune over and over again, Percy started to sing it.

"Row tow row your boat gently down the stream...." Annabeth elbowed him again.

"Really Percy?" She asked. He shrugged. The more the song played, the more it got on Annabeth's nerves. Percy hummed along for a while before saying,

"You know, this sing reminds me of a quest..." He trailed off, waiting for Annabeth to respond. She smirked,

"The Sea of Monsters." She responded. Percy nodded.

"We should have sang this song when we got bored." Annabeth laughed.

"I probably would have pushed you over the edge of the raft for singing the annoying song!" Percy laughed. The song seemed to go on forever before, over the intercom, someone in the background said,

"Leo, what are you doing? Leave them alone!" It was Hazel's voice. The humming stopped. Annabeth and Percy looked at each other, then smiled.

"Now we know who to blame." Annabeth said. Percy laughed.

"Come on wise girl. It's almost dinner time anyway." Annabeth nodded.

"Alright, but I think you are forgetting something..." Percy thought for a minute, totally confused. Annabeth laughed and pull him into a kiss. There was an 'aww...'ing sound coming from the intercom, but neither Annabeth or Percy cared.
