Chapter Fourteen

Previously~

"What's your name, girl?" Daniel, a son of Ares, spat.

"S-Skyler..." The girl, Skyler, whimpered.

"Well, welcome to Camp Half-Blood. You have chosen the worst time ever to show up."

Third Person Point of View

"Welcome onboard Percy Vacations! This cruise ship will be remembered as one to make your dreams come true! Your wildest fantasies come true onboard Percy Vacations! There is only one rule! Have fun!" Percy shouted into the intercom. "Ha. Just kidding. The only rule is to obey me, and me only."

They had been onboard the ship for ten minutes. The ship was in its final stages of going into sea. Knowing that Reyna could never escape, they let her roam free around the ship. She was watched by cameras and monsters. Percy was acting as if he was on vacation. This was his ship.

By the next thirty minutes, they had set off into the sea. Reyna had not left her room since then. She refused to. She did not want to be here. She knew she shouldn't blame the fates, yet she did. The Fates could not stop this. They had other crisis's to handle. Like the fact they couldn't see anything. They couldn't see who is going to die soon, or who is to be born that is of godly blood. The demigod's were now a complete mystery to them. Their fates could not be seen by The Fates.

Percy walked into Reyna's room, completely knocking her out of her thoughts. She glared at his smug form.

"Guess what, Rey?" He chirped.

"What is it, Jackson?" She growled.

"Both camps are going to be attacked in exactly one hour. They are going to be suffering, Rey. And you can't do anything about it!" Percy laughed.

Reyna shouted in anger then lunged for Percy. Percy, being much more powerful than her, had her pinned in less than two seconds. "No no no, Rey. You can't hurt me..." He sang humourlessly into her ear. "Not now, not ever~"

"I hate you, Jackson! I can see why Annabeth cheated on you!" Reyna shouted.

Percy froze. Then, he began laughed manically. "Ohmygods, Rey! She cheated on me because of that damned brother of mine gave her a fucking potion!"

Reyna was shaking uncontrollably from fear. "A p-potion..?"

"Yes, Rey. A potion. Now I'm going to go and prepare to watch the battle on my TV." Percy said as he got up.

Then, he simply left Reyna to her thoughts.

-

Camp Half-Blood hadn't noticed that monsters were coming until it was too late. Lots of demigods who were secretly working for Kronos aided the plan. They had killed the dragon who guarded the fleece then took the Golden Fleece. Without the fleece, the camp had no way to keep the monsters out. The monsters came in waves. There was at least six hundred monsters.

Demigod after demigod died defending the camp. Yet, after many horrendous hours, they won. The remaining monsters had ran and scattered.

After, the camp realised something. Camp Jupiter was attacked too. Camp Jupiter had won, yet not unscathed. Hundreds had died from both camps. Both camps noticed something hours later. The monsters were the lowest of the low. The monsters were just to stun them.

-

"More monsters are coming. We need to defend the camps. We should all be alert 24/7." A daughter of Athena, Krystal, stated. "I believe we should put patrols here, here, and here." She pointed at three places on the map.

"Good idea." Jason Grace nodded.

Jason Grace was still recovering from protecting Camp Jupiter. Unfortunately, he broke his leg. To add to the pain, he had lost the love of his life. Piper McLean. Nobody knew how she died, but knew she had died when they found her corpse. The corpse had no wounds except for the area around the heart. Her heart was gone.

As was Jason's when he heard the news. He hid away his pain for his people. He did not want to be pulled back by grief. He had to fight. He had to get vengeance.

"If only we had Reyna here... She would know where exactly to put troops." Dakota said as he entered the room.

"Where did you come from?" Jason asked. "I thought you were at Camp Jupiter?"

Dakota's red stained lips moved into a small smile. "I was at Camp Jupiter. I thought I would come here to see what kind of ideas you had in mind."

"I got an idea."

Everybody in the room turned to see who has spoken. It was Skyler.

Jason Reed, son of Ares, scowled. "Go back to the Hermes cabin, newbie. We don't need anymore help. We have everybody we need here."

"Ignore him." Jason Grace said. "What is your idea?"

"Without the 'barriers', this camp is defenceless. I think we should all evacuate to Camp Jupiter. It's much bigger there, I heard. Right? We would be safer there." Skyler said.

"Like I said. Go away, Newbie. You have no idea what you are talking about." Jason Reed snarled.

Everybody else had looked up at Chiron expectantly.

Chiron sighed. "I love Camp Half-Blood... It has been a place where Greek demigods could be safe for centuries... Sadly, she has a point. We should go to Camp Jupiter. Jason Grace? Would Camp Jupiter mind having a few more recruits?"

Jason Grace's lips tugged into a smile. "Of course not. Tell everybody to pack everything up! We are going to Camp Jupiter!"

-

After convincing the Dionysus to teleport all of them to Camp Jupiter, they all settled into their temporary homes. Camp Half-Blood had roughly three hundred demigods. They had divided those demigods and put them into cohorts.

Nobody had noticed that the most powerful demigods were in the best cohort and that the least powerful demigods were in the weakest cohort. That had gone unnoticed by everybody except the people that had divided them.

Most of the Greeks still had not gotten used to the Romans, nor has the Romans gotten used to them.

At least they felt much more protected than they had been before. They trained every single day. They knew they were prepared for another battle.

But another war?

No.

-

Reyna felt tears rise into her eyes. "No..." She whispered.

Percy grinned sadistically. "Never thought you would be here, would you?"

"No! This is impossible! It won't work! No, it won't work!" Reyna cried. "It won't! Gaea won't wake!"

"You are wrong, Rey. It will." Percy whispered then turned around to face all the monsters and Giants that had showed up. "This sacrifice will be made to wake up Gaea!"

"GAEA!" They all roared.

Percy laughed then took out Riptide. "It's okay, Rey. We will keep you alive. I hope you will be proud to know that you helped in the reawakening on Gaea!" He said then quickly put a long gash on Reyna's arm with Riptide.

Reyna gasped out in pain and tried to wiggle to keep the blood from hitting the ground. Sadly, she was tied up and could not move. It was hopeless trying to keep the blood from dripping. She watched as the blood slowly streamed down her fingertips and then drop onto the ground. As soon as it hit the ground, it turned gold.

"Now! For me to use my blood to awake Gaea!" Percy announced the took used riptide to cut a long gash along his arm. He grinned as the blood hit the ground, turning gold.

"GAEA AWAKENS!"
