We pulled into the garage after finishing our shopping adventure.

"Alright," I said pulling the keys out of the ignition and putting them safely away. "Ready to meet my brother?"

"Ya sure! What's he like?" Caleb questioned.

"Well...he's...him? It's hard to explain. You'll just have to wait and see!"

We both exit the car, me grabbing the food, and walk inside together. Once we get 3 feet in the door, I quickly backtrack realizing I forgot to close the garage.

After reaching out and pressing the button, I start leading Caleb to the living room.

"Come along! Jason's usually on the couch or in his room. Hopefully on the couch cause his room is a disaster."

Right as I finish my sentence, we arrive in the living room and Jason is sitting there on the couch, in all his glory. He must have heard me talking cause he is quick to defend himself.

"My room is not that bad!! Not all of us are clean freaks!" Caleb chuckled and Jason got off the couch and walked over to me.

Standing next to me trying to seem casual, he said discretely, "You got the stuff? Also who's you're friend?"

"First of all, this isn't a drug dealing situation so you don't need to act like you're buying drugs off me. Secondly, yes I do have the 'stuff' as you put it. Thirdly, this is my mate Caleb. Caleb this is my brother Jason." I said, very amused.

Caleb and Jason shook hands exchanging greetings. "So what kind did you get me?" Jason asked us excitedly.

I pulled the two bags of chips caleb picked out, and gave them to him. "Here ya go! Thank Caleb for the choices he picked them out."

Jason looked to Caleb happily. "Thanks man! These are my favorite!"

"It's no problem. Great minds think alike, don't they?" Caleb replied smugly, happy that Jason approved of his food choices.

I can tell they're already going to become great friends. Soon they'll be having burping contests in the living room (which I will gladly participate in) and playing video games together ( which I will also gladly participate in).

I was distracted from my thoughts by Jason asking me a question. "So when are you going to tell mom and dad?"

I thought about it for a minute. "Well.. I'm sure mom will be happy for me, but I'm not sure about dad. Especially when he finds out Caleb is a werebear. He'll probably get really protective."

Jason was looking at Caleb in awe. "Dude you're a werebear?? Why didn't you mention it earlier? That's so cool!!"

Yup. What did I tell ya? They'll be the best of friends!

"Thank you!! Yaaa," he sighed dramatically, "I am pretty awesome aren't I?"

I mentally facepalmed. Such arrogance. It's quite amusing to watch though!

"Right, so back to the matter at hand. When do you think we should tell them?" I ask Jason.

"Well, I think that you shouldn't wait to long, but maybe wait till mom and dad are together. That way if dad gets mad mom will talk some sense into him." That seems like a valid plan. "Alright, thanks for the advice! We'll see you later then?"

"Ya of course! Nice to meet you Caleb! I think we shall be good friends!" Caleb nodded and replied, "Of course we shall! We shall be the best of friends!! I shall see you later then?"

"Yes, you shall!!"

To be honest I don't even want to know why they were saying shall so much. But I guess that's just them, so all I could do was giggle and pull Caleb with me up the stairs and to my room.
