"Mum, where's Rocky?" I say awkwardly as she opens the door for me.
" Rocky? Rocky who?" She says, averting her eyes.
" Your husband Rocky?" I say, confused.
" Shanaya!" She grumbles, pulling me aside.
" What's going on?" I say.
" We are divorced this is my new husband " she says, squeezing a short man's hand. I grimace. Not again. Please not again.
" Now if you don't mind, Aakash and I some naughty things to get up to " she says, winking.
I walk away, not wanting to disturb my mother and her 'fun'. I take the lift up, giving Shivani Mausi a huge hug before entering my gianormus as room. For the first time in ages I was happy- Abhi and I had reconciled, mum was being nice to me, and I'd even started talking to my now ex-step-sister. Now it had all somewhat gone down the drain. I change into a golden dress and adjust my makeup slightly before grabbing my phone and keys . It's time to party.
