I like this quote, not because of its profoundness or way with words, but because it's a truth nobody tends to speak on a serious level, and definitely not as the leadership itself. Respect needs to flow between student and teacher, parent and child, cadet and captain, employee and manager, for anything besides hatred to spring from the relation. Holding a position of power does not make you any more a god then those under you, and you still have to work to hold and deserve the position that you are granted to be in, for every day that you hold it.
