I woke up and my heart was still beating fast. The previous night was more than I could have asked for, and more. I found the dress I had worn and walked to Tristan and Sonika's room. I knocked and Sonika let me in. I gave them the dress as they asked me the details of the date. "It was nothing," I lied, "We just talked a little." "Surrrreeeee," Tristan read right through me. I laughed it off and left thanking them once more.
I went into my room and checked my Twitter feed. A lot if my friends from Seattle were DMing me. I answered all and any questions and started playing Jelly Jump. I heard a knock in my door. "Come in," I bellowed. It was Dalton. His smile was as bright as the sun. "Hey Al," he said, "I have rehearsal today, but I'll be back around noon and we can hang out til then. Figure out what song you want to sing." I nodded. He said goodbye and left to go to his waiting car.
I scanned youtube and Google for good duet songs and I came up with a list of three. My final decision came to the Everything Has Changed by Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift. I rehearsed Taylor's part until about 10am. Then someone, I believe from set came in without knocking. "Hello?" I questioned. "My names Mitchell. I'm a set manager here. Dalton asked me to give you a tour so you wouldn't get bored, providing you're okay with that," he explained. "Certainly. When are you ready?" I asked. "Now," he confirmed. With that, he took me on an amazing tour of the set that Dalton set up for me!
