Raziel and Abel, had just reached the out skirts of the city. They were at the summit of the mountain top. Up here the moon and stars seemed within reaching distance. The further away Raziel and Abel were from the hustle and bustle of the city, the more quieter it became. sure there were cars on the road but not many. not this late at night.  Abel wandered what was next? Looking down, on the lights of the city, one last time, then staring out at the darkness as was the path, Raziel was taking him. Abel had many questions he wished to ask.

"Come along," Raziel called out, now already over the brow of the hill and blending into the darkness. "We still have a few hours to go before we rest," Raziel had already distanced himself from Abel. Abel was still in two minds about whether or not he should trust Raziel, although to be fair, Raziel had saved his life. Abel sighed, then jogged on to keep up.

"Can't we take a car" Abel inquired, "we would get to our destination much quicker."

"I cant drive" replied Raziel quite simply. "Can you?"

"Well sort of" Abel said. "Or at least I think I can drive."

"Maybe you can and maybe you cant." Raziel said "besides we are going of the main road soon and cutting cross country it will be safer that way. We need to steer clear from peering eyes. No place in this world is safe no more not now that the enemy has set foot in Ireland."

Abel listened keenly. "So where are we going?" Abel asked. By now, the only other sound other than there footsteps were that of the crickets.

Raziel didn't reply. He looked on edge, he was rather paranoid, looking about him his head on a pivot. His ears were twitching, ultra sensitive to all sounds. He could here the faintest movement of a grass mouse, scuttling about in the nearby fields. His senses were well in tune.

"Raziel, where are we going" Abel spoke in a louder more assertive manner demanding an answer. Raziel turned around. His white eyes stood out like bright lights in the night before they swirled to normality. Raziel turned around and grabbed Abel by the shoulder.

"Shhhh.... boy we need to be silent. We are going to a place, where the assassins wont get to you, not tonight at least." Raziel turned around and kept on striding forward.

"Right, Right, I get that" Abel said struggling to keep up with the fast pacing Raziel. "What I want to know is why do the assassins want to kill me! I mean I've never done no harm to no one, nothing serious anyway," Abel was becoming frustrated. He felt as though Raziel wasn't disclosing enough information. Right now all Abel wanted to do was lie on a nice comfortable mattress and close his eyes and drift of to sleep or at least party some more, party sounded good, Abel wasn't in the right mindset for an arduous journey. He wandered what sort of mad antics he was missing out on at Clint's. Again Abel asked Raziel "Why did this assassin come after me?"

Raziel stopped and again turned to the trailing Abel."You wish to know why the assassins are after you?" Raziel said. "Quite simple really! Your an evolutionary and a powerful one at that. You scare them."

"Scare them?" Abel asked. "Scare who?" was his next question.

"Yes them." replied Raziel. "The assassins sole mission is to take out the strong. We are on the verge of a great war. The seven assassins are sent forth from hell itself, to clear up any evolutionaries that may be of threat to there regieme."

"War?" Abel asked "Hell!" he exclaimed."

"Yes" said Raziel "hell" he reiterated  "little wrong with your hearing," he sarcastically said. Right now Raziels sole mission was to get Abel to a safe haven.
