I'm sorry that it's terrible so far, but it's too late to back out now.
I hope you enjoy it~

~Hinata's POV~

Hinata clutched at his stomach, eyes squeezed closed, and silently begged himself to hold out a while longer.

He was hungry. Oh, so hungry. It felt like there was a lion in his gut, shredding lining of his stomach with deadly sharp talons.

But I have wait. For Kageyama.

He had fed a little earlier in the day. He had been fine until Kageyama had been kissing him. It had been so warm and he had been so happy in Kageyama's arms.

But then the Hunger had almost taken over, he had almost lost himself. He had to make an excuse to get Kageyama to leave the room, for Kageyama's safety, until he had composed himself.

It seemed like forever when the pain finally subsided. He sat up.

Kageyama should be back by now.

He knew even before he reached the kitchen that Kageyama was gone. His pulse picked up a little.

'Where could he have gone?' Hinata asked to the empty room.

He was looking for iceblocks before, right?

He slid open the freezer box door and saw the problem almost immediately.

His heart seemed to stop for a moment. Icy panic flooded his veins.

No. Oh no no no no.

Hinata slammed the door closed and took a breath through his nose.

He mustn't of left long ago, I can still smell him.

But what would he do when he caught up with him?

Say, 'about that arm you or might not have seen, that was just a joke. It's not like I'm a cannibal or monster, right?'

'Dammit!' He knew all to well that it was his fault, inviting Kageyama over in the first place, but he just wanted to have some fun. He just wanted to spend time with his boyfriend, to feel as if he was human for once in his life.

I'll call Mum, she'll know what to do.

He dashed to his room and fumbled for his phone. I could probably call him, though it's not like he would pick up.

He finally managed to punch the number into the phone and thumbed dial. His foot was already tapping with impatience.

One ring.

C'mon, c'mon.

Two rings.

Pick up pick up p-

'Shouy-'

'I think Kageyama knows,' it came out in a rush.

Silence on the other end.

'This isn't something you should joke about,' she said sternly.

'I'm not joking,' he snapped. There was another bout of silence.

'Oh, Shouyou. You remember what I told you before I left? If something like this were to happen-'

'I know that!' He winced at the sharpness of his voice but couldn't help it. 'I know that, but I don't know if I can.' His voice cracked then, despair seeming to crush him at all sides.
