(2 weeks later )
Sophia's pov :
Todays the day I help my friend and face my biggest fear at the same time. I sighed as I walked to the court house with Finn, Rachel, Noah, Sam, Finn's parents Zack, and Quinn.

"You guys go in I'll be there in a sec." I told them.

"I can stay out here with you . Both Finn and I can. " Rachel said.

"No its fine I just need a moment." I told her.

She nodded and rubbed my arm with a sympathetic look on her face and then went inside with everyone else.

I sat down on the concrete bench and looked down at my phone.

"What am I going to say today? What if what I say doesn't make a difference? What if it only makes it worse?" I thought.

"Hey there." A voice said.

I looked up forgetting my thoughts to see Jax standing there looking at me.

"Jax, what are you doing here?" I asked him.

"Rachel called me , said you might need some support. " He told me.

"Oh." I said.

He sat down next to me and took my hand ,

"Everythings going be okay , okay Soph? You're going to go into that courtroom and say everything that that creap has done to you. " He told me.

"I just don't want anything to change." I told him.

"Nothing will, everyone in that room is here to support you Sophia, and we will love you no matter what. I will love you no matter what. " He told me.

I smiled and hugged him,

"Thank you. " I said.

"No problem , now come on , we're going to be late." He told me.

We got up and he took my hand as we walked into the court house.

(40 minutes later )
"I would now like to call Sophia Hudson to the stand." My lawyer said.

I got up and went up to the stand and the baliff said,

"Raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth and whole truth as you are under the court of law?" He asked me.

"Yes. " I said.

"You may be seated." He told me and I sat down.

"State your name for the court." The lawyer said .

"Sophia Hudson." I said nervously.

"Ms.Hudson do you know why you're here today?" She asked me.

"I am here on behalf of Emily Harrisburg ." I said.

"Ms.Berry can you tell me how you know Mr.and Mrs.Ryan?" She asked me.

"They use to be my foster parents." I said.

"And why did you leave them?" She asked me.

"I got into a fight with Mr.Dublin ." I said.

"What happened? " She asked me.

"I was asleep and he came into my room and I smashed a lamp over his head and as I was running down the stairs I fell." I told her.

"And why did you smash the lamp over his head?" She asked me.

I sat there silently and looked over at Finn and Rachel.

Rachels pov :
I sat there listening to Sophia and the lawyer talk and she over at us . I took Finn and Zacks hand nervously and held them.
