Gianna's POV

"Nate, can you come get this?" I asked shyly. I was short at 5'3. My boyfriend, Nate was a lot taller and older than me by a few years. 

"Here," he grabbed the plates I was asking for. He sat them on the counter and I went to grab them. But then he grabbed me and picked me up into his arms. 

He backed up and sat down in a kitchen chair with me in his lap. I laughed when he kissed down my neck. 

"I love you, Gigi," he said. I stood up and went back over to the oven. I flipped a couple of pancakes onto two plates. Nate went into the bedroom for something. I leaned against the wall as I waited for the rest of the food to cook. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through Twitter. 

As usual there was hate towards me. Mostly about my age.

'Nate needs a real woman not a little girl'

'you aren't good enough for him'

'she needs to stay away from my man, for real,' and more. 

Most of the haters were jealous and I kind of understand. I had Nate, who looked amazing and acted sweet. I was dating there idol. But I don't think they should tell me all of these awful things. 

"Age don't matter. There is barely even a gap between us," Nate said walking back in. 

"How did you know?" I leaned my head back until it hit the wall. I slid my phone into my pocket and held my arms out. Nate walked into my embrace and held onto my hips.

"I saw the comments earlier,"he shrugged. Then he slid his hands down to grip onto my legs so he could pick me up. He pushed me closer to the wall so that it would support me. We were eye level which was kind of rare because he's so much taller than me.

"Don't worry about them," Nate advised.

"I don't. Not often," I corrected once I saw his disbelieving gaze. I kissed his cheek and rubbed his back. I was little compared to Nate in size and age but it didn't matter. I've always loved him and he loves me. F the haters.
