Will's PoV
Even though our anniversary vacation only lasted five days, we still had a blast. We went scuba diving and surfing, we even got to ride horses along the beach.
We have been back over a week now, but we still haven't talked to any one of our friends yet. Nicole and I are still trying to figure out how to tell the others. It's not like they'd be mad or shocked, they've all been expecting it but we kinda want to make it special. I got up and went to the kitchen to make Nicole breakfast. As I was cooking, I heard the water upstairs running signaling that Nicole was awake. I finished cooking and put all the food on a tray to bring upstairs. I brought the food to Nicole in bed. She sat up when she saw me, yawning and stretching in that cute way of hers. I put the tray on her lap before getting into bed next to her.
"So today's the day...." She says smiling, but still looking a bit anxious. We had decided we've waited long enough so we're going to have an amazing barbecue at Dalton and Madison's house. I was truly excited to let everyone know about the engagement, I wasn't sure why Nicole was nervous though. Everyone pretty much considered us married already, so what's the difference?

Nicole's PoV
We arrived at Dalton's house just outside of Hollywood, armed with homemade seafood macaroni salad and drinks. As I headed into the kitchen to put the food away and help Madison cook, something ran up and attacked my legs. "Auntie Coley! Auntie Coley!" Vera exclaimed as she hugged my legs. I put the food down on the counter and then picked up the little girl. "Hi Vera! I missed you." She giggles. "I missed you too." I smiled and kissed her cheek. "I got you something while me and Uncle Will were away, but I left it at home. I'll make sure to bring it next time I come over." Vera nodded and grabbed my hand. "That's a pretty ring." She said in her cute baby voice.
Madison and Cassie came up from the basement holding the tin trays for the food. "What ring?" I put Vera down before sending her outside to say hi to Will. I smiled at them. "Hey Madi, hey Cass. I brought some seafood salad." I said casually. Madison shook her head giving me a look. "Don't change the subject on me, what ring?" I held out my hand for her to see the ring. "Wait, Will proposed? I thought he was just going to have sex with you. He had said he was going to wait to propose. Oh my goodness!" Cassie squealed, looking at the ring. "It's beautiful." I nodded. "I know and he proposed in the sweetest way too." I told them the story of the day, showing them the charm bracelet.
We all brought the food onto the deck before heading outside to the guys who were all standing by the grill and drinking beers, Dalton holding his daughter in his arms. "And here she comes now, my lovely fiancé." Will said holding out his arms for me. I came up next to him and his arm immediately went around my waist as if it were instinctual. "So you told the guys I'm guessing." I said with a small laugh. He nodded.
Cole grabbed beers and began handing them out to everyone. "Let's toast to the newly engaged couple. I passed on the beer and got an iced tea instead. "Cheers." I said, Madison giving me an odd look. "Nicole can I talk to you in the kitchen for a bit?" She asked, heading inside. I nodded and followed her in. "Why aren't you drinking? You always drink. Are you pregnant? You're pregnant aren't you?" She gasps. I shook my head. "I might be. We don't yet. I have to wait about two weeks after we had sex so I probably could take the test now."
Madison smiles. "I'm happy for you guys. I remember when I found out I was pregnant with Vera, I was screaming I was so happy. The pregnancy can be tough at times but as long as you listen to your doctor and go often." Cassie soon joined us and we chatted about babies and weddings for the rest of the night.
