Finding Who I Was Meant To Be

Chapter 8

Nicole's PoV


Now it has been another six months after Will woke up. We went to Dalton and Madison's wedding and Cole and Cassidy's wedding. It was great seeing our childhood friends get married and form their lives together. Dalton and Madison had a kid a couple months before Will woke up, a little girl named Vera Lynn. Me and Will have been inseparable since he got out of the hospital. I moved into his apartment and moved out of the one I was sharing with Madison. We did everything together, and everyone constantly kept joking about when we were getting married. I would say probably not any time soon but Will would keep quiet on the subject and just give the boys a knowing look, as if they were all planning something. I just ignored it and didn't think anything of it. That is until me and Will's one year anniversary. I didn't think that anything would happen because we've only been together for a year but Will surprised me.

Will had told me that for our anniversary he planned for us to go away to a resort for a couple days. No paparazzi, no crazy fans, just me and him. So the day before, Madison, Cassie and I all had a girls day at the spa. Mani-pedis, massages, and facials for all of us. I could tell by all their giggling and vague answers to my questions that they knew what was going on. "I'm excited for this trip. It'll be perfect with just the two of us. We might even finally have sex." Madison sat up. "You guys haven't done the deed yet? What are you waiting for?" I sighed. "Well when your boyfriend is in a coma, it kinda changes things. I don't think he wants to have sex with me."

Cassie snorted at my remark. "Yeah okay, and I'm running away to get eloped with an alpaca. You just don't know what Will has planned for you." I gave them a look and started begging them to tell me but they would not give.

I guess I'll just have to wait for our trip.

I woke up as the band's private jet was descending into the landing area at the airport. I grabbed my big hat and sunglasses and put them on as we landed. Will grabbed our bags and together, escorted by security, we made our way to the car that was waiting for us to take us to the resort. The whole car ride I didn't pay much attention to Will as I was too busy watching my surrounding pass by as we drove to the resort.

I had never been to Hawaii. The boys went as part of their last US tour but it was a boys-only trip and my band had broken up so I wasn't opening up for them anymore. When Will had come back he promised me that he'd take me to Hawaii some day and here we are, heading to Oahu to one of the most exclusive resorts in the world. Once we got to the resort, Will took out a blindfold. "Put this on until we get to the room." I gave him an odd before letting him put the blindfold on me. He then got out of the car and lead me inside as someone took our bags. He checked us in before leading me to an elevator. I wasn't sure how many floors we went up but it seemed like forever before the elevator came to a stop. Will led me to our room, pausing to open it, then he led me in.

"Okay, take off the blindfold." He said and I did as told. It took my eyes a few seconds to adjust but once I did, I saw a beautiful room around me. The room was large with many bamboo accents instead of wood and a wall of floor to ceiling glass windows. There were scented candles lit all around the room and rose petals on the bed to give a romantic ambience. "This room is beautiful Will." I smiled and pressed my lips to his. His arms snaked around my waist and mine went around his neck loosely. As we kissed, Will guided me to the bed and then gently pushed me down on the bed. He pulled his shirt off before crawling on top of me. "Do you want to do this? I set it up to be special." Will said softly, nuzzling his nose against my jaw. I nodded.

"I'm ready."

So I was contemplating on actually putting in a sex scene but due to the PG-13 rating of the story, the fact that I know 11 year olds read it, and the fact that I do not know how to write a sex scene, I decided to leave it out. So anyways, I've been thinking about the future of this story and I think it's going to have 5-7 more chapters and then I'll be done. I've really enjoyed writing a fanfic and all but I'm going more towards writing regular stories. If I get enough requests I might do a sequel to this or another fanfic but until then, I will just finish this story and I'll be done. Thank you so much for all your dedication. Nearly 700 reads? I never thought that'd happen, I figured I'd get maybe 200 at the most. Thank you so much for getting me so far, I love you all.
