Never Grow Up

First Day Of School Part 1

Regina gave Emma her lunch and crouched down to her height. "Emma I love you." She said as Emma hugged her tight
"I love you too." She whispered
"Ok I'll walk you to the bus." Regina said helping Emma put on her backpack as they walked to the bus stop.

"Ok now have fun but remember are rule?" Regina asked
Emma nodded. "Good girl but since she's the only teacher who teaches 6th you have to be in her class so don't talk to her don't even raise your hand to answer a question ok?" Regina said

Emma nodded. She got onto the school bus as she waved goodbye to her.

Emma walked inside the classroom putting her lunch and backpack beside her as she sat in the seat with her name written on the desk. The trade bell rang just as Miss.Blanchard scooted into the room. "Alright class please turn your attention to the screen to get our morning announcements." Miss.Blanchard smiled as she flicked on the tv

She spotted Emma and started to give her a small wave but Emma ignored her and turned to the monitor.

"Gooooooooood morning Storeybrooke Elementary School I'm Savannah Fox and these are your morning announcements." Said a perky strawberry blonde with bright blue eyes. (I do the morning announcements at my school so I made a charter to represent me!)

"This afternoon for lunch we will be having grilled cheese,your choice of baby carrots or pears, a sugar cookie,and you choice of white or chocolate milk." She smiled

"Or if you prefer bring a sack lunch." She beamed holding up a brown paper bag
"Oh and Mr.Holman wants to remind all teachers we have a p.t.a meeting after school." Savannah smiled

"Now to Rosemary with the weather!" She said pointing to a girl in a white dress with flowers in her hair and short blonde hair a flush of pink rushed to her cheeks as the camera panned to her.

She took a deep breath and smiled. "Good Morning I'm Rosemary Stone and I'm headed to tell you about this weeks weather." She smiled which made Emma smile the girl seemed very sweet and she wondered what her story was.

"All this week it will be mid-60's to low 70's." She said pointing to the board with the sun on it
"The perfect weather for growing your favorite flowers!" She said excitedly and she pulled a bouquet of flowers and skipped them

"But on Sunday you might want to grab your rain coat," she said putting on a rain coat and opening up an umbrella," because we are going to have a severe thunderstorm." She said as a bucket of water was pored onto the umbrella.

The camera panned back over to Savannah.
"Thanks Rosie for that ah-mazing weather report well that's all for today and I'll see you tomorrow." She winked and the tv went black

Mary-Margret clapped her hands just as the girls on the tv screen ran in and sat on the opposite sides of Emma.

"Hi I'm Rosemary." Said the blonde to her left she extended her hand for Emma to shake.
"Emma...Emma Swan." She replied
"I love your name." She smiled
"Thanks. Yours is very original as well." Emma said trying to direct her attention to Mary

It's not that she didn't want to make friends she was just bad at it. "You must be new." Savannah added leaning over her desk closer to Emma. "We NEVER get anyone new in town!" Savannah added.

"You should sit with us at lunch you know so we can get to know each other." Rose added
Emma nodded shyly.

Emma didn't know who these girls where but she intended to find out.
