Chapter 17

So heres a quick authors note. Im going to start doing time skips so the time that I skip to will look like [this]. I just want to clear that up :)

[Halloween]

I put on my Halloween costume and walk into Simon's room.
"Holy shit you're hot, I like that costume on you." He says.
"Well you picked it out." I laugh. For Halloween, Simon and I wanted to have a couples costume but we didn't want to do something cliche like Mickey and Minnie or Superman and Superwoman, so we're Sandy and Danny from Grease. Not the long-skirt-and-button-up-shirt Sandy though, the tight-black-leather-clothing Sandy.
"Well I don't know what to do with my hair." He whines. His hair is the only normal thing about him right now. He's wearing tight black jeans, a tight white t-shirt and a black leather jacket. He looks hot.
"Do it like they do it in the movie. All greased back." I tell him and sit down on his bed. He groans and reaches for his hair gel. I watch with a smile on my face as he combs it back, just like they do in the movie.
"This looks stupid." He complains, turning to face me.
"You look hot. 10/10." I laugh.
"I could always go as something else. We have sumo suits downstairs." He suggests.
"You wouldn't fit in the uber in a sumo suit. Anyways, if you take that of I'll have to get Ethan or Tobi or Cal to wear that costume, and then I'll hang around them all night." I tell him. He groans and falls onto the bed beside me. I lie down and turn my head to look at him. He's pouting.
"I'm probably going to get hair gel all over the bed." He grumbles. I laugh and throw myself on top of him. I sit on his stomach with my legs on either side of him. He grins.
"You look good." I say. He sits up, causing me to slide down more into his lap.
"You make me look good." He whispers to me, since we're face to face.
"You're adorable." I say. The last few weeks have been like this. Happy, filled with laughter and smiling and cuddling. We mostly stay in either of our rooms but we go to Ethan's, Tobi's, or Harry and the Cals' flats sometimes. We don't really go downstairs in the house a lot together because he gets hungry and eats at like 11 pm and before I come home from school. Speaking of school, people ask me all the time and a lot of people have been trying to be friends with me lately because Simon posts pictures with me and tweets about me or something like that a lot. People suspect we're together but they can't prove it. Jonathan and I are still friends, we don't ever hang out at my house, but we hang out at his a lot. Simon gets jealous but he knows I only have eyes for him.
"Olivia! Simon! Hurry up!" I hear Vik yell. He's probably outside of the door but is scared to come in just incase we were doing something private.
"Yeah, just a sec!" I yell back. I get off of Simon and he just sits on the bed. I throw him his phone and his wallet. I go to my room and grab my bag and my phone and then we walk downstairs together.
"Olivia. You look hot." JJ tells me. I smile at him and wink stupidly.
"Watch it Jide. Touch my girl and I will burn you alive." Simon warns him, laughing immediately.
"Are we ready to go?" Vik asks. We all nod.
"Where's Josh and Freya?" Simon asks.
"They went to get more drinks. He had like 500 bucks so it's gonna be lit." JJ tells us as we walk out the door. Our uber is a van so Simon and I sit in the back and JJ and Vik sit in the middle. JJ plugs in his aux cord and we sing along to his music all the way to the Party.

"Whos going to be here?" I ask Simon as we get into the elevator.
"Well all of the sidemen and freya, Joe Sugg, Joe Weller, Caspar Lee, Oli White, and any people they bring. Cal and Ethan go clubbing a lot so they have a lot of girl friends that will be there. A bunch of Fifa youtubers too. Manny's going to be here. Jessie will be here too." Simon answers. Hearing that Jessie (Fangs) will be here is a huge relief because I barely know any girls and I know Jessie won't be flirting with Simon. A problem with Simon and I is that since Simon has been so protective of me, I've become the same way with him. I mean, I wouldn't threaten people or fight them, but I get the biggest pissed-off-bitch face. By now, all the Sidemen, Freya and Manny know that face and if Simon sees it, he knows that something is wrong and he has to stop doing something. Don't get me wrong, I really hate the whole 'overprotective girlfriend' thing, I've always hated it. I hate that I am that girl but its just how I am. I try to keep it under control but sometimes it happens.
When we walk into the party, it's already crazy, it's pretty much dark but there's colorful rays of light swinging around the room, I don't know where its coming from though. Theres a lot of people I don't know, I've only seen 25% of the people here before. We find Ethan and Tobi and talk with them for a bit.
"Hey, I'm going to try to find Josh and Freya, is that cool?" I ask Simon.
"Yeah sure." He says. He takes his hand off of the small of my back, where it's been sitting for most of the time we've been here. I feel weird without it there. I walk through the crowd awkwardly. While I was looking one way, I accidentally knocked into someone.
"Oh my god. I'm so sorry." I say before looking up and seeing Cal, "Oh hey Cal."
"Hey Olivia. You look, well, really fucking hot." He says. I laugh.
"I've heard that a few times now." I tell him, "This party is sick."
"Yeah its going to be one that people won't forget. Have you had some of the punch Behz made?" He asks.
"No, I haven't had anything to drink." I respond.
"Well you have to. Come with me." He says. He grabs my hand and pulls me through the crowd to the huge drinks table. He gets a cup and ladles some blue juice into it. He hands it to me. I sip some of it.
"Thats really good." I say, surprised.
"I know. Can you believe Ethan made that?" He exclaims. I was about to reply but a girl walks in between us.
"Another new girl?" The girl asks.
"No, Kayla, actually this is one of my best girl friends." He says. I furrow my eyebrows, confused. I hang out with Cal a few times a week with the guys, but I didn't know we were that close.
"Friends with benefits?" She laughs.
"Fuck outta here, Kayla. You weren't even invited." Cal says angrily.
"The door was open. You're just mad that I dumped your sorry ass." She says.
"Hey, can you leave? I honestly don't care where you go to, whether its back to your house or to China. I couldn't care less but you're pissing me off and making my stomach hurt." I say. Cal's eyes bulge out of his head. I'm sure mine did too, I didn't mean to say that, but it just came out.
"Those are some big words for such a small girl. What are you? 5'0?" She asks.
"5'3 and strong enough to knock your teeth out." I say. I'm not lying here, I've always had to be relatively strong because I've had to push fourwheelers out of mud and stuff (redneck parents, remember?) and I used to kick box a lot.
"Is that a threat?" She asks walking closer to me.
"It can be." I say, staring her stare in the eyes.
"Kayla its time for you to leave." Cal says. She scoffs.
"Fine. You and your friend here are nothing but trash." She says, walking away.
"See you later, Kayla. Nice talking to you." I yell after her. I turn to face Cal again.
"That was badass." He says.
"She pissed me off." I mumble.
"Yeah she pisses me off too. Lets go find Simon, I want to tell him about what just happened." Cal says, pulling me through the crowd once again.

"You did that?" Simon exclaims.
"Yeah!" Cal says back.
"Were you going to fight her?" Simon asks.
"Possibly." I answer.
"Could you win?" He continues.
"Possibly." I repeat.
"Well I would've jumped in." Cal says. I see Simon un-tense a little.
"Well I'm glad she left. I can't hit a girl but if I saw her fighting you I might've needed to push her off of you." Simon says.
"That wouldn't have been necessary but thats good to know." I laugh.
"Okay now lets have fun and not fight anyone." Simon says.
"Okay. Sounds good." I respond with a smile.
