As Jet and I walked towards our apartment, my vision started to become blurry. It was as if I were looking at a pixelated picture. I started to see fainter and fainter until all I could see was a misty fog that wasn't even in front of me.
"Jet, stop." I told him, hesitating for a moment and then stopping to catch my eye site. Jet also stops and starts staring at me, yet doesn't say a word. My vision was still a foggy blur, but it came back as I stopped. And then my head started swimming. I felt dizzy, like I was inside a tornado.
"Ok Jet, let's keep moving." I say. My dizziness is still bothering me, but I don't want to draw attention. I cross the road, feeling like I was in the game Crossy Road. I felt sick, like I was going to vomit or faint. I got home "safely" with Jet by my side.
"Hi mom." I say as I walk in the door.
"Hello sweetie, how was school?" She replies.
"Good, what's for dinner?"
"Pork chops and green beans, plus mashed potatoes."
"Great!" I sit down at the table waiting for my food. I smell the wafers of fresh food as it arrives at my table. I chomp it all up in 10 minutes, remembering that the next day is an early morning for chamber orchestra. I run up to my room and take a hot shower, dressing in stripes shorts and a T-shirt after. I hop into bed and start binge watching Pretty Little Liars as I drift off to sleep. I can still feel my pulse beating in the back of my head, wondering what will happen tomorrow.
