North's POV
This was bullsh*t, I should have fixed a car for another team. But Doc had a rare day off and insisted he had to set up his classroom today. It didn't matter to him that we were told that we weren't to enter the school while teams were putting in the electronics. He was a doctor, he knew best. I don't even know why the f*ck he would risk his sh*t here. One of the reasons we were here was because of all the sh*t being stolen, didn't he pay attention? Let us not forget he isn't supposed to have a key to the entrance doors. " F*ck yeah, let's just piss everyone off by ignoring what they tell us. Screw the Academy's head team, they aren't our boss." I growled to myself. "Yeah, right." I knew a ton of sh*t was going to come down on our heads for this.
I mumbled to myself as I carried a large box down a dimly lit hall, wanting to get this sh*t over with. In different points of the hall, I could swear I heard Luke's voice. I knew it was my imagination. Luke was in Boston, preparing to go to his fancy a$$ school. Uncle would have told me if Luke planned on being in town, even if it was to make sure I stayed somewhere else while he was visiting. While I would never admit it, I kind of missed the kook. He grew on you. Like a mold, maybe, one that lived to irritate you. But I did miss him in moments of idiocy.
I turned into the next hall, only to jerk to a stop. What the f*ck? What in the hell was a kid doing in here? Didn't the little f*cker know it wasn't safe here? Well, we would just see about that, time the little sh*t learned a lesson. I crept up on the kid with ease. He was talking into some wi-fi headset, staring up at the corner of the ceiling, unaware of my presence. Once I was directly behind him, I let the box of books I was carrying slam to the floor. The crash echoing through the hallway. The kid jolted as if he had been hit by lightning. He whirled around, his eyes grew wide when he saw me. He took a step back, I stepped forward. I waited until he had no escape, trapped between me and the wall with no place to go, then got right into his face and bellowed. "What the f*ck are you doing in here?" He turned pure white than proceeded to kick the sh*t out of me. I barely managed to red-line Silas as I tried to defend myself. For being so small, the kid fought like a demon. His knee slammed into my balls, his forehead smashed into my nose as I went down. He tried to run, but I grabbed his foot before he could get away. The little f*cker rammed his knee into my groin as he came down, his elbow got my eye. This little sh*t just signed his death warrant. Si was trying to pull him off me as I tried to keep him from kicking me again, the kid was as slippery as an eel. I had enough of this sh*t, I body slammed the little a$$hole to the floor and pinned him with my weight. Yelling at Doc to drug the little b*stard. Si was trying to tell me something in Greek, I fucking ignored him. Luke and Victor appeared out of nowhere, Luke yelling in a headset. "Cupcake is under attack. I repeat, Cupcake is under attack!" The kid was screaming in sheer terror as Doc quickly gave him a sedative to knock him out. Once Vic saw what Doc was doing, he gave an actual growl and slammed his fist into Doc's face, breaking his nose. Silas stepped back and raised his hands, surrendering. Once I was sure the kid was out, I stood to face Luke. A bellow of pure rage echoed through the hallways, thundering footsteps made their way towards us. "You f*cking little b*stard, how dare...." I saw a flash from the corner of my eye than everything went black.
Here is a small gift to tide you over until I can finish the next chapter. ;)
