Scene BULLIES BEWARE BEN 23 IS EVERYWHERE!:

*In the court, enter boys and jury members and the judge is already seated*

Judge: Let's get this over with. I haven't had my coffee yet.

*door opens and Mazhar is escorted in and Jayden is taken to the front of the court and sits in the complainant's seat with Oliver and Mazhar sits in the defendant's seat*

Oliver: *whispers to Jayden* so that'd Mazhar...

Mazhar: *glances at Oliver across from the room*

Oliver: *shudders*

Jayden: *Wraps his arm around Oliver but gets dirty looks from the guards and glares at Mazhar*

Mazhar: Well, well, well... I see that you have once again tricked him into dating you... And *stares smugly at Oliver* did you ever think that he lied to you to keep himself out of the jail? *looks away*

Oliver: *is scared speechless*

Jayden: He's just trying to get under your skin. Andrew backed up my story didn't he? You don't need to be afraid of this guy.

Oliver: okay, I trust you-and Andrew. *still freaked but putting on a brave face*

Jayden: *kisses his forehead*

Judge: Mazhar, you're up to the stand first.

Mazhar: Well, your honour, I had just moved t a new school and met Oliver there. At the time he was *spits name with venom* Jayden, whom I had suspicions that he was abusing him. Oliver and Jayden eventually broke it off after Jayden cheated on him with the school whore Cadence, in front of our whole drama class I offered my consonances and Oliver offered himself to me. That's when these two *gestures to Andrew and Jayden* broke into my house and attacked me!

Andrew: OBJECTION!

Judge: Denied. Jayden, you're up.

Jayden: Mr Judge- *cut off by Oliver*

Oliver: Your Honour

Jayden: Your honour, I had been dating Oliver for only a for days and we were happy then this thing- *cut off by Oliver again*

Oliver: Mazhar

Jayden: Fine! *spits name with enough venom to kill the entire human population* Mazhar turns up and he has issues with me looking at Oliver even while we were still dating. He replaced Andrew in a drama play they had to perform and he kissed Oliver on stage. Then both of disappeared and then he came back with bruises and broken nose and glasses. Andrew tried to speak to him but Mazhar stopped him from even getting close enough to sneeze on him. The day of the incident we were walking past Mazhar's house and we saw Oliver's car and we went to investigate by walking around the side of the house going through the unlocked gate Once seeing Oliver's *gets choked up* c-condition so I smashed a window and tried to save him.... And well...*still choked up* know the rest.

Judge: We would still like to hear your view of what happened so we could have all the facts.

Jayden: The cops rocked up and I was arrested after Mazhar dropped a bookshelf on himself. Then after a hard time for wanting to visit Oliver at the hospital while he was still in the coma he slipped into cardiac arrest and then after he was revived he caught amnesia and forgot me and then he went nuts and kept a knife in his hospital room under his bed and then he was arrested... Is that enough?

Judge: That's enough.

Jayden: Thank god *goes back to his chair in the stands next to Oliver*

Oliver: *mutters* Jayden *elbows him lightly in the gut*
