Plot:

A romantic comedy about two past acquaintances who meet again after they went through reversal of fortunes and appearances.
Kim Hye Jin was a very pretty girl from a rich family. After her family's publishing company went bankrupt, she experienced hardships and then lost her beauty too. Ji Sung Joon was an unattractive boy with low self-esteem, but grows up as a handsome and successful editor. As fate would have it, both of them end up work at the same magazine publishing company. I liked this drama.

It's good but there were many times that I got bored. Like, really bored.
I loved how funny it was! Although Kim Hyejin was annoying most of the time. I just don't really like how some girls could be so dumb and clumsy to that character's point. *sighs

The good thing about this story is it's realistic. It shows how real life is. How people could be so rude or cruel to others who aren't so good looking. It's sad and gross but it's the truth.

It also shows that outer appearance isn't everything! That even if you are not a beauty queen or have a beauty queen-like faceㅡ you could still make people like you and adore you if you have a good and nice personality. ♡
You could still get a guy fall for you, well, if you have a nice personality.

All in all, I love the message of the story. Well, there are so many things it wanted to deliver to people but I think for me,

1) Outer appearance isn't everything.

2) Never give up and forget about your dreams.

3) If there is team work, you could reach the goal.

Those are what I've got from the drama. So even though I got bored in the first few episodesㅡ I actually just started loving it and getting excited from episode 12 to the end ㅋㅋㅋㅡ I really enjoyed anyways.

Negative points:
▪ It could be very predictable in many aspects.
▪ First few episodes weren't so good/entertaining.

And my second lead syndrome. Ugh.
My poor Kim Shinhyeok :(
I strangely only cried at the point when he was confessing and Hyejin thought he was kidding, I think or when he rushed under the rain to get Hye Jin. I really loved this character! I love how he let her go and really still wanted to be friends with her. I just love this character so so much. XD I need someone like this in my life, like a friend like this. It would be so enjoyable to meet someone like him! Lol

Min Ha Ri

Aaaah manuuurraaaa! ㅠㅠ
I admit I really disliked this character at first. But I loved her so much as the drama went on.

One of the best things about this drama is portraying an unbreakable friendship between girls. I mean, in other dramas, it was always friendships between guys. I love how this drama portrayed that girl friendships are the best too. ♡

Kim Hyejin and Ji Seongjoon

HAHAHAHA I admit that I didn't ship these two in the beginning. I hated how rude Seong Joon was to Hye Jin but anyways as I kept going on, I realized he was just really like that to everyone when it comes to work.
A small part of my brain couldn't still forgive him. Lol

But as I said, from episode 12 and then on, the drama really improved!

I loved their scenes. It's just purely sweet :") I love them so much. The way Seong Joon looked at Hye Jin was so nice. He was so so in love with her and he didn't mind even if she became 'ugly' again. ㅠㅠ

So even though I didn't love this drama like I loved othersㅡ  I still recommend it to everyone. :)
