Chapter 2

=Soul's POV=

Okay. I have 1 hour and 30 minutes of relaxation time. Motorcycle? Check. Coolness? Check. Maka in the motorcycle? No. I have to take her home but she's talking to her kishinslayer fan club of 10. I drag her out of the circle "Come on, I have plans you know!" I scolded, Maka's head and apparently interest spiked up. "Huh? Where ya goin Soul?" she asked. I know she'd nag it out of me, so I told her.

"I'm taking Tsubaki out for a ride on my motorcycle, then we might stop for burgers or something. Teach her the concept of cool you know?" I reply, letting the cat out of the bag. "Sounds exciting Soul! Can I join?" Maka said, looking a little hurt.

"No. Its only the two of us. The less of a number, the more I can do." I reply. "Oh well...." Maka said, her head down. I sigh. "Maka, we hang out all the time." I say. "But we never do anything!" she yelled. "Try taking your head out of your damn book! That's a good start!" I scolded.

"Anyway.... I have two hours to get ready so I have to get home quickly." I said. "Can you drop me off at Kid's house? I wanna talk to Liz....." Maka said, sounding down. "O-okay." I drop her off and wait 1 hour and 40 minutes before I pick up Tsubaki.

This will be cool. This better be cool.

=Tsubaki's POV=

Okay. Two hours. 120 minutes. I should relax. Thats what Soul will do..... I'll put on my clothes in advance. I put on leather boots, a leather jacket, and I let my hair flow loosely. I wore a spiked black wristband on each wrist.

"Huh?! Tsubaki. You cant be better than me no matter what you wear!" Black☆Star saw me in the other room. "Oh no! I'm going somewhere with Soul! He's gonna show me how to be cool!" I reply. That sentence repeats in my head. I'm. Going Somewhere. With Soul.

"What? Why Soul? " he asked me. "Why not Soul?" I reply. "Calm down, Black☆Star." I said with a smile and a giggle.

He pulled up on his motorcycle, wearing his same clothes, which were cool. The icing on the cake, I put a toothpick in my ,outh and let it hang on the side. Now. For The best date of my life! And I'm going in cool! I hope....

=Maka's POV=

I sit at a table with Liz, my tears falling on the countertop. Tissues fill my hands.

"It's okay, Maka." Liz said. "No it isn't! This is why he's been so damn distant!" I cry out, burying my hands in my face. Why wont he love me?!" I scream. "Because weapons and meisters shouldn't love each other, because if you decide to break up, there goes your friendship, and your soul resonance." Liz said. "Try.... finding someone new?" Liz said.

I wanted to punch her face for recommending that. No.... I'll be as calm as possible. "You dont understand! I thought he liked me! Why did I fall for him?! Ugh! This is why all men should just-" I cry harder as Liz rubbed my back. "Its okay he didn't know...." Liz said. "He didn't know that you fell for him."

We spent that night watching funny movies, but I cannot laugh. The only one really laughing is Patty.... and despair.....
