As I look around, everything is completely dark. It's so dark that i cant even see my hand in front of my face. I instantly start to panick and I try to stand up, and not knowing where i would go, I decide to walk around. I begin to think that I'm in a tunnel, until i slam into a metal wall and fall back. It makes me dizzy so I decide to stay on the floor. After a total of ten minutes, a green light come on, and to my shock, I see that I am in a metal box! I look at my surroundings and I see multiple boxes that says WCKD on them, but I have absolutely no idea what that means. Suddenly, the box begins to move upwards while making a loud screeching sound as I move up. I sit patiently for five minutes until the box starts to get alot faster. I begin to panick and scream for help, but no one hears my cries for help. I feel like a wild animal trapped in a cage with no way out. I look up to the ceiling to see no opening, and I was heading straight for it! I embrace myself on a box, but before I get completely settled, the box stops moving. A red light shines on both sides of me, and then all I see is blinding white light shining down on me. It startles me so bad that i fall backwards. I look up, squinting my eyes so I can see, and I see about forty boys staring down at me. Before I could blink my eyes, two boys jump into the box with me. I didn't know what to think of this.
"Hi! Im Newt!" said a kind voice. I look up to see a boy who isn't very attractive, but had a very mind voice and beautiful green eyes. Before I could respond, I hear another voice.
"Hey, I'm Thomas! Can you remember anything about yourself? Like your name or where you came from?" the other boy said. I look up to see a beautiful boy standing over me. He had dark brown hair and gorgeous eyes. He was tall and had alot of muscle. I look at Thomas with fear clearly written all over my face. My eyes dart back and forth and I say, "Actually no! I don't remember my name or anything at all! What's wrong with me?!" I ask panicked. After I gave my answer, Thomas reaches out his hand. I take his hand and he gently pulls me up. He smiled at me and I felt my cheeks get hot. He pushes the hair from his forehead and replies, "It's okay. It happened to all of us. When we each got here, no one remembered anything, but we are working on our memories." He said it with so much happiness and kindness that it made me feel bubbly inside. I think that I'm going to like this place.
