Times Up

Part one: Sophie's new Powers

So this is going to be  before this story of mine happened, when Sophie got all her new abilities, it might be confusing, because I'm going to make it different elves telling different stories so just bear with me please also 96 reads in total, that might just be me going back over again and again seeing if I made a mistake but it might not be! Thank you. Oh and as one of you might know I have a problem, I say thank you at least once every time I talk! Thanks! Oh I thought you might start wondering, why doesn't Sophie just tell Fitz where she is? All will be explained.

And starting with..(Drum roll!)... Fitz.

Well what started as a good day, turned horrible when Sophie stepped through those doors to the gym(I can't remember what they call it sorry!) well not at first, but Sophie was being Sophie. She walked through the doors from the change room and avoided all eye contact, she was hiding something, making my way over to were the level 3s were standing, searching for Sophie, I didn't see her until I saw some familiar people in the crowd, a bunch of curly, brown hair, attached to a scowling face, connected to a skinny body, next to was a pixy-like girl with braids woven into her hair, with a slightly crumpled uniform, Stina Heeks (I like to day her name Stinka Reeks, sounds close enough right? But that sounds mean of me...) and Marella Redik. And no surprize they were marching over to Sophie, I had to run to get to her first.

"Hi Sophie." I said, making her look up at me, her eyes were full of fear, "What's wr-" I started but was cut off.

"Hey, look, The Freak is back!" Stina said. I couldn't believe that Sophie had said she was caring twards the gnomes problems with the plague that one time.

"I heard that she went to Exillium, and dragged all her friends with her." she paused, "But she did so bad they sent all of them back to Foxfire, out of pity!" By now people were gathering around the group of 4 (Me, Stina, Marella, and Sophie.)

Now Bianna got pulled into the argument she always was a drama queen.

"Or, maybe, I don't know." Bianna started slowly using her hands as she talked, "We were all sent there because our parents thought it would be better than being stuck here with you, they probably thought if we hung out with you much, then we too would only have 2 working brain cells? Or maybe we were saving an entire species, I don't know." Oh go Bianna. don't reveal anything that they don't know, then we are all in trouble.

Stina's mouth opened and closed several times, she was at a loss of words." Sophie sat silently in the corner looking at the ground.

Bianna and I rushed over to her.

"Hey, it's okay Sophie you're not a freak, don't listen to Stina okay." Bianna said.

Sophie didn't have time to respond, right then the coaches walked in carrying multiple colored splotchers, well this might lift Sophie's spirits, if she could, win and she could. It as going to be a hard day for her, Bianna, Dex and I got sent back to school last month, this was Sophie's first day back, she had healed physically a couple of weeks a go, but mentally, they finally thought she was stable enough to go back to school. Sophie didn't compete in Splotching until the end she would challenge the winner, she always won but she hasn't been here for a while and a new champ had come, he had been a nobody until last year he developed telepathy, and now he finally got good at it he was in my level, his name was Eddie (Short for Edwand, he told us) 

Me: Wow only half way through this part already longer than anything I've written! 105 reads! Yay!

 Anyways, it took all my concentration to beat him and I was distracted today so I knew I wouldn't win today, I came to the realization that I couldn't win every time when Sophie came around so I wasn't  to broken about it. Soon it was the last mach before Sophie faced the winner, Me and Eddie,  he looked nervous he probably realized that if he beat me he was going to have to face Sophie.

I don't really pay attention during the match, loosing focus and getting purple ink all over my uniform. 

Edwand looked towards Sophie. Sophie got up, she didn't look all there, her eyes were glazed over, like she was about to fall asleep.

She stepped up to the podium and Eddie went to the other side. The instructor threw the splotcher up. Sophie wasn't paying attention, Eddie caught it then looked like he was pushing with all his power shoved it towards Sophie's face. What he was intentionally going to hurt Sophie! Sophie saw the splotcher coming towards her, fast, she got out a high pitched yelp, right before the splotcher hit her, only it didn't hit her, Sophie disappeared. Everyone gasped, then Sophie appeared, a couple of seconds after everyone started panicking, 

"Sophiewherewhatyouhappened?" a bunch of people ask the questions at the same time so they blend together. Sophie looked confused. Bianna and I went over to her.

"Sophie." Bianna said, excitement filling her eyes, "You're a vanisher!"

Sophie had discovered a new talent, well, the black swan said something about her having more supersize abilities, but wow, Sophie Elizabeth Foster, had so many mysteries, I wonder how many more abilities she has, or how many more times she will surprise everyone, Sophie Foster definitely wasn't going to be on the councils top ten list because of how different she was, but different wasn't always a deadly, horrible, monstrous, bad thing, please oh please tell me it's not. Because it's not, am I right.
