Why couldn't I leave town?
I been here for a week which was far to long for my taste.

I tried multiple times, I really did.

But, I couldn't think of a place to go, or I never got there at the right time.
I thought of leaving the west coast for good and heading east towards Tennessee or maybe Pennsylvania.
However, all of those trips were next week or even next month.
I also, thought north and to just flee the country. But, I don't think I'd make in over the boarder, especially with my identity stuff.

Lastly, I thought about going south but I just came from there and I didn't want to risk it.

I redyed my hair, now its a reddish-black\brown color.

I distracted myself with anything I could, killing, cleaning and sharpening my weapons, I even read a little.

Mostly, books I brought with other's money or ones I stole directly from houses. You never know what you'll find. It quite a adventure, honestly.

I was laying on the hotel when I felt a rumble erupt from my stomach.

I checked my backpack and saw I was running low on food. I groaned loudly and stood up grabbing some money and heading out the door.

***

I walked out of the supermarket, biting my teeth into a newly bought apple. In a couple of quick steps, I made it on to the sidewalk to head back to my hotel room.

I got a strange feeling and tensed up.

Someone was following me.

I swung around to face the opposite direction almost dropping my groceries in the process. I scanned my surroundings, narrowing my eyes at any movement.

When I didn't see any, I sighed. I finished my apple and threw it in the closest trash can, never pausing as I walked by.

I guess I am actually going crazy. And to top it off I can't stop thinking about him. Fuck! How did Aaron burn his way into my mind. Urg!

I had only known him for less then a day, and he has already left a mark.

I looked over my shoulder, and didn't see anything again. I huffed. 'Get him out of your head' I scolded myself.

I got to my hotel door. I tensed up again with the feeling of being watched.

However, this time when I turned to look behind me, I made sure to make it look like I was still looking frontwards at the hotel room door.
I exhaled harshly, when I saw a silhouette peeking around the corner.

Did they finally find me? Damn I knew I shouldn't have stayed here as long as I did? What if its Aaron? No. Shut up and get that thought out of your head right now. Is it the police? More criminals(I might have pissed off a few, don't judge)? FBI? If its them I am screwed, my relationship with the FBI is bad.

After my dozen kills, the FBI noticed a pattern. It was a mistake on my part, I was new and not at all experienced (I've gotten better). I killed an agent from there, that wasn't taken to lightly.

Now, I have to always watch my back, just another reason I can't have anyone in my life.

I face palmed and shook my head. Damn I did it again.

I clicked open the lock for the door and stepped inside.

I left the door unlocked 'accidentally', as I set down my food and turned on the water in the shower.

I pretended to get in the running shower, while actually skirting my way around the room until I was at a perfect angle to attack anyone who came through the door.

I sat and waited, until finally I jumped to attention when I heard the hotel door creak and move open.

I knew it! I knew I wasn't going batshit crazy!

The crevice in the door grew wider, and that's when shit hit the fan.

I jumped out, screaming like a freaking little girl, and began attacking my stalker.
My actions and vision were blurred as I threw punches and pushed my 'follower' person to the floor, straddling them and continuing to hit my fists in their chest.

Their familiar chest.

I stopped, giving my stalker time to pin my wrist to my sides, "Stop! You're a woman but, you don't fucking hit like one! That hurts!" Aaron said.

My vision cleared so now I could finally see his face. I grew aggravated as he gave me a smirk.

"You fucking prick! I told you stay away from me, to leave! But, what do you do, you freaking come back!" I scolded.

"You missed me! Nice hair by the way!" He grinned mockingly and pointing to my reddish brown colored hair.

I ignored his hair comment and tried to sound reasonable. "No, I didn't. Now can you please leave?" I said my tone softening a bit.

"Come on Jordan. You so did!"

"No. Now get the fuck away from me."

"You don't seem to want that though." Aaron smirked and motioned to our positions.

Huh? I thought until I finally looked down at our positions.
I was straddling him around the waist, my hands were pressed against his chest, and his hands were on my hips.

This is bad.

My eyes widened to the size of saucers, and a pink tint along with a burning grew across my cheeks. I was blushing.

I tried to get off but he held me in place, nonetheless against his 'you know what'.

"Let me go." I said while glaring at him.

"Not until you allow me stay with you." Aaron said, holding my stare.

I stared back intently, until I broke off the eye contact. I never break off a stare. I watched Aaron with newfound respect as he waited patiently for my answer.

I couldn't see a way out of his grasp, and struggled a bit before coming to the conclusion that there was no way out.

He smirked triumphantly seeing that I was giving up.

Then I finally have him the answer he wanted and had been begging for. I sighed.

"Yes. You, Aaron Larkin can come with me."

His smile widened.
