Chapter:28

I smile as I roll over in bed. I stretch as the sun rays hit my warm body. My eyes widen as Eric appear in front of me with just his boxers on. "Morning sleepyhead" He chirp as he kiss me on the forehead.

I clear my throat. "Morning um what time is it?" i peel the covers off of me as my feet touch the flower carpeting.

He sat on the couch chair beside the bed. "It's noon, anyway I order brunch for us, it's in the kitchen" he walk closer to me confused.

I blink quickly. "Is something wrong?" I peel a sticky strand of my hair away from my face. I need to go wash my hair and take a shower.

"You look scared or confused for a second, are you okay?" he place the back of his hand on my forehead to feel my temperature.

I chuckle as I push his hand away from me. "I'm fine I just didn't expect you to enter the room with just your boxers on" I look down as I know my cheeks were red.

He chuckle as he lean closer to me. "You like what you see?" I smile as his mint breath hit my face.

I stare into his eyes and realize he was leaning toward me. I bit my lip as I felt my mouth moving towards him as well. My eyes widen as I realize something. I cover his mouth with my hand as I cover mines. He stare at me confused. I help up my finger and walk quickly toward the bathroom.

"Are you sick? Was it the cupcakes from last night? Are you on your cycle?" he kept asking me questions after questions.

I chuckle as I close the bathroom door. I grab my toothbrush from the holder and apply the toothpaste. After a long while. I exit the bathroom feeling clean and less disgusting. I clutch the towel tighter to my body as I enter the room. I jump as Eric appear in front of me with a bunch of things. My eyes widen as I saw two bags of Always pads and tampons. I saw a bunch of chocolates on the bed.

"Eric what-

"I also brought you chocolate ice cream it's in the freezer" he point toward the kitchen.

I smile at his cuteness. "Eric I'm fine, I don't have mines today" I felt the towel knot untying on it's own.

He nod. "When your finish meet me in the kitchen" he turn to walk away.

"Wait" I walk over to him as I grab his arm.

"What is i-

I silence him as I peck his lips. "Morning"

He chuckle as he held my cheek. "Well technically it's afternoon now"

I roll my eyes. "Let's have a lazy day today"

He nod. "Sounds good"

I enter the kitchen to see an abundance of breakfast and lunch food. I smile as I saw an array of bagels, croissants, chicken, biscuits, and more.

"I didn't know which you would like to eat, so I kind of order..." he rub the back of his neck.

I smile as I grab us both a plate. "It's okay let's eat"

I smile as we sat on the couch eating brunch. "What do you want to watch?" Eric pass me the remote.

I shrug. "Want to watch a movie?" I press the power on button as I change channels quickly to see what's on.

"How's your mom and Mitch?" he ask through a mouthful of food. I smile as I wipe a piece of egg from his cheek.

"They're fine, how's your dad?" I ask him as I bit into my bagel.

"He's good, but he been acting strange" Eric frown as he stare out the window.

I turn toward him as I mute the Tv. "what do you mean?"
