Loriana POV
"Babe, I don't want to go back." I whined to Rodney as I packed up my things.
I managed to get Rodney to go on this vacation with me and after a lot of persuasion and begging, he agreed. I enjoyed my time with him and I didn't have an urge to smoke or drink the whole time here. Unfortunately, we're leaving today. I wish I could live here cause my grandmothers family is so friendly and funny.
"You can always come back." He said. I sighed heavily and continued packing. "You think your grandfather suspects we're dating?" He asked then chuckled.
"I don't know. We haven't told anybody and we didn't do anything in front of him. On the other hand, he isn't stupid. I'm really not sure but I will if he says anything." I said. I'm praying he doesn't because he just might kill Rodney.
Nobody has noticed my ring which is surprising because it's hard to miss. If anybody does spot it, I can just say it was a gift. They don't have to know what it means.
"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. I'm starting therapy in two days. My parents think it would be good for me." I said then rolled my eyes.
"Do you want to?" He asked.
"No. I'm fine."
"Well, I think it's a good idea. Just so that you can get everything out of your system." He said. That's not exactly the answer I wanted to hear.
"I think therapy is just weird. I already know it's not going to help." I mumbled.
"Just try it."
"Whatever."
...
~Next Day~"Mommy! Daddy!" I yelled throughout my house as I walked through the front door.
A guard assisted me with my suitcase and brought it upstairs to my room. I was definitely not about to break a nail carrying that heavy thing.
"Ah! My baby!" My mom squealed, walking out of my dad's office.
"I missed you mom. Italy was wonderful. It was so beautiful!" I said. She gave me a huge hug and kissed me all over my face.
"I'm happy you had fun and could relax. You missed a lot while you were gone." She said. Here comes the gossip.
"What happened. Don't tell me Nasir did something important and I missed it." I frowned. I would be really upset if that's what happened.
"No. Come to find out, your uncle Tyrese has a son. A thirteen year old son." She said. I gasped and my eyes widened. What the fuck?
"Stop lying ma! Who the hell had his baby!?"
"Some girl named Aniah. You probably don't remember her. She disappeared 13 years ago and told nobody she was leaving. She still hasn't come back since then." My mom said then rolled her eyes.
"I don't remember her but that so horrible. What woman does that?" I scoffed. You must be a dumb ass to keep your child away from their dad for that long.
"Your uncle is still pissed off and is putting all of his energy into getting some type of custody."
"Has he spoken to his baby momma?" I asked.
"Nah. He tried to but she started cussing him out so then he started cussing her out and once he started making death threats I hung up the phone myself. Knowing his crazy self, he will go through with it." She said.
Damn, that's fucking crazy. Uncle Ty is always talking about how he wants kids and he always treats us like his own. He always says that once he finds the right woman and marries her, he'll have as many kids God blesses him with. Uncle Ty might be crazy but he has some type of morals and respect left in him.
