Rivalry-love (Gary Oak x Reader) {COMPLETED}

Dun dun dun duuu~

I woke up in our room.
His arms wrapped around me in a protective manner. I smiled, Gary and I have never been closer like this ever before when we were kids.
Now here we are, girlfriend and boyfriend, going to have a child together.

Oh yes, I am four months pregnant. I've been keeping it easy for these past months so I wouldn't get hurt. Ash was complaining about how I got pregnant with a dork like Gary.
So I punched him in the head. Okay so I did something that wasn't taking it easy, so what?

I slowly got out of bed and got changed. I then did my morning routine and made breakfast. Gary wasn't up yet and the reason for that is... It's only five o'clock in the morning.

I sighed, ever since I got pregnant I've been waking up early and going to bed early so I couldn't watch TV or go out with friends like I used to.

I left Gary's food in the fridge and ate mine. After I was finished eating, I went to the lab to visit the Pokémon. In case you didn't catch it, Gary and I moved into a house nearby Pallet.

"Mm... How about I let my Pokemon out to have some fresh air?" I sent out all six Pokemon, Venuasaur, Luxury, Hitmonlee, Ninetails, Pidgeot and Vaporeon.

They all seemed happy to see me. It's been so long since I sent all of them out at the same time. "Hi guys! We're going to the Pokemon lab so don't frighten the little Pokemon, okay?" They all nodded in agreement and we walked off.

We reached the lab in no time and we greeted professor Oak.
"Why hello ____! Nice to see you again! So, how's my great-grandchild doing?" I laughed. It's funny to see that he's going to be able to see his great-grandchild, considering how old he was.

"The baby is doing just fine Gramps... So how's research?" He smiled. "It's doing just great! I know I still have to do lots of research but I'll get it all done one day."

I gave him a thumbs up, "well I can't wait to see all the new discoveries!" He nodded his head. "Indeed. So, are you here to play with the Pokémon in the back?" I nodded. "Yes I am! Actually, my Pokemon are already outside playing with them!"

He gestured me outside. "Go right ahead then! Call me if you need anything, I'll be inside." He then walked off.

I happily walked outside and sat down on the grass. Some of the little Pokémon came up to me and mewled or rubbed their head against my leg.

I giggled at their cute sounds. "Nice to see you guys again too! Haha!"
I pet them on the head and they mewled in delight. They then looked to the left side of me and had an even bigger smile, and ran behind me.

I was a little confused until I saw Gary. I smiled, got up and walked over to him. "Hello Gary. Didn't expect you to be up so early."

He chuckled. "I couldn't sleep any longer so I ate the breakfast you made me and came here, knowing you'd be here." He picked up an Eevee that was rubbing his leg.

"No wonder why you always come here, it's so relaxing and you can have fun with the Pokémon." I nodded my head in agreement. "Yeah... I was thinking, this would be a great place to raise a child. You know, let 'em come here and play and gain some experience about Pokemon."

He put his head on my belly. "I can't wait to find out what gender it'll be, what kind of personality and if they have my good looks..." He whispered the last part. I laughed and ruffled his hair. "Haha, you're so funny Gary."
