"Okay so let me explain the rules. In this match you will only be able to three Pokémon! Chose wisely! You may recall your Pokémon back, but only one of the three Pokémon are aloud to substitute! Good luck and have fun!"
The crowd went wild! This was making me more determined to win this match.

"Go Butterfree!"

"Go Ninetails!"

"Okay, Butterfree use confusion!" "Butterfree!~" The Butterfree lifted my Ninetails high in the sky. This is going to be more of a challenge. "Okay, Ninetails use flamethrower!" It missed due to the Butterfree moving my Ninetails around, rapidly. "Ugh..." The Butterfree finally stopped.
Now's my chance.
"Quickly, Ninetails use flamethrower!" "Ninetails~!"

"Wow! Beautiful combat! As soon as Katie's
(if that's your name than change it) Butterfree stopped using confusion, ____'s Ninetails quickly used flamethrower, which made Butterfree faint!"
The announcer shouted in the microphone.

"Ugh. Return!" She yelled. "Okay, you're up! Go Golduck!"
"Gold, Golduck!" It roared a battle cry. "It's okay, Ninetails I believe in you." That seemed to calm down Ninetails more.
"Okay, Golduck use water pulse!"
"Ninetails dodge and use extrasensory!"
She obeyed and it worked, but not enough to make it faint. "Quickly, Golduck use hydro pump!" It was super fast so I had no time to say a command so my Ninetails fainted. "Oh no! Return Ninetails. You deserve a nice and relaxing rest."
I looked up at my opponent.
"You're pretty good." I said.
"Thank you! You are too." She said back.
"Go Venuasaur!" I shouted. "Venu, Venuasaur~!"
"Oh man.." I could hear Katie say.
I chuckled at her reaction.
"Okay, Venuasaur use Sunny Day!" I said. Venuasaur started recharging so this gave Katie an advantage right now. "Okay, Golduck use fury swipes!" She commanded. It was doing damage but not much since Sunny Day raised my Venuasaur's stats pretty high.

Venuasaur's Sunny Day was now completed so this gave me my chance. "Now! Venuasaur! Use Solar Beam!" I said. Venuasaur charged up and fired very quickly. This made her Golduck faint.
"Oh no, Golduck! Return!" Katie and I both took a deep breath. We were tired because of how much energy and power we used.
"I'm not holding back! Go, Rapidash!" "Rapidash~!"
I was worried. That Rapidash looked very powerful and I didn't want my Venuasaur to get hurt. "Venu, Venuasaur, saur." My Venuasaur reassured me. I was lucky and glad to have a Venuasaur like him!
"Alright Venuasaur! We'll fight until the end!" I cheered. "Venuasaur~!" He smiled and faced his opponent.
"Okay, Venuasaur use Sleep Powder!" There was a lot of green powder in the air. "Rapidash use Extreme Speed!" It ran out of it quickly.
She fell right for it!
I looked at Venuasaur and nodded. Katie was confused by this and looked at my Venuasaur. She knew what was coming. The most powerful Solar Beam ever fired shot at Rapidash.

Everyone in the crowd didn't do or say anything. They were in awe.

Rapidash fainted.

"Rapidash is unable to battle. The victory goes to Venuasaur, which means ____ is the winner!"

Everyone cheered so loudly.
I was so happy I ran up to my Venuasaur and hugged him, well as much as I could.

"We did it bud! We won the second round!" "Venuasaur~!" He tackled me and started licking my face.
"Hey! Cut it out! Hahaha!" I returned Venuasaur back into his Pokéball.
I went back to the lobby and lots of people crowded me saying, "that was awesome!" Or "I want to be just like you when I'm older!" Or "your Venuasaur's solar beam was the best!" I was very flattered.
But then someone made a huge hole and it was a very happy looking Blue.
