Paradise in between chase

Prologue

Everything was perfect,she envied her best friend. She flew from London into one of the beautiful island in Greece. She's sitting in the table that reserved for her with a few of their friends.

"Hey guys! I'm really happy you made it here,specially you Farah"
Everyone in the table greeted her warmly. I decided to give them time,I waited patiently until she went near me.

I happily hugged her tight,she's the beauty and brain everyone envied. Shilei Elizabeth Kairosinis,the homebody girl she knew since they were a baby,now the wife of a Greek billionaire. Happily married with an adorable baby boy.

"Well thanks to your billionaire husband he made it to happened"

We both sat in the table.

"Silly girl! I know you don't really like going out of your comfort zone and I am happy I made you come out of your box" I'm shaking my head,while I watch her giggling.

She's like a teenager who saw her crush the way she acted. Few months ago when I visited her in sydney she was the serious type of a woman who have a big burden in her shoulder. Now she can laugh freely,her happiness is visible,she's glowing,like Bella Swan in the last twilight movie.

Our little chitchat was interrupted when we heard someone clear a throat near us. We both look at the same time,there was Lei's husband,Geoffrey Kairosinis. Lei and I both stand up,I greeted him and congratulate him.

"Sorry to interrupt babe,Farah" i nodded at him to carry on "I just want to introduce the closest friend I have,he just arrived.."

On instinct I look at the man standing not far from Geoffrey. He is tall as the groom,with an olive like skin,pointed nose,high cheekbones like from those aristocrats,his kissable red lips and well body built.

I heard him clear his throat. That makes me look at him.

"This is Thaddeus Xenakis....."

I didn't hear anymore of what was Geoffrey was saying about his friend. The moment we touched,eyes locked on each other. I know that my life will never be the same again.
