Enchanted on Twitter [Malum]

A/N as always the twitter accounts used in this story are fake, they could be someone's account but they are just ones I have made up! Anyway enjoy :)

It was the next morning and while Calum was still asleep the other three were up and about. Luke and Ashton were certainly surprised to see Michael up before Calum, hell he was up before Luke. That never happens. Luke and Ashton wanted to talk to him about his twitter ask last night, mainly the questions where he responded with Calum when asked who he would save first if a building was on fire and who was his favourite in the band. Ashton really only wanted to ask though because he wanted to play matchmaker and he wanted to see if Michael would say anything more about Calum. Luke on the other hand was jealous, but more so in mock jealousy. So when they all sat on the couches in the living room that's when Michael got a lot thrown at him.  

"Why Calum? Why am I not your favourite? Is it because I punched you that one time?" Luke asked at the same time Ashton said, "ouuuu Calum, why Calum? Do you like Calum?" Followed by a few winks from Ashton.

"Uhm..one at a time." Michael looked frazzled.

"Me first!" Luke raised his hand. "Why is Calum your favourite?"

"Because he's Calum." Michael shrugged.

"What? That's not good enough." Luke tells him.

"Because he's been my best friend for over 13 years, of course he's my favourite."

"Or is it something more?" Ashton nudged Michael and winked again.

"What is with the winking? You're creeping me out." Michael tried to move away from Ashton.

"Just answer the question Clifford."   

"No Irwin."

"What's going on?" Calum walked in rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

"Nothing." All three boys said in unison.

Calum just looked at all three of them before deciding he wasn't awake enough for this shit so instead he directed himself to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee.

He was in mid pour of filling his mug when Ashton spoke up behind him causing Calum to spill the coffee on the counter. And Calum may have shrieked a bit. Or a lot.

"What was that for?!" He exclaimed.

"I'm sorry, I thought you heard me, I didn't mean to scare you." Ashton replied.   

As Calum began to wipe up his mess Ashton filled him in on Michael's twitter chats last night mentioning to Calum about the two tweets that Calum actually sent in and got a reply from. Ashton was talking about how he thinks Michael likes Calum, but Calum just kept scoffing.

"Stop doing that! You never know!"

"Ash he only has ever seen me as a friend." Calum sighs.

"Well maybe if you would make a move." Ashton said under his breath.

"What was that?"

"Oh nothing." Ashton smiled innocently.   

"Luke would you shut up, you're still my best friend, it's just Calum comes first." Michael says walking into the kitchen with a tall blond following him.

The conversation about Michael's replies on twitter stopped instead the four of them decided to make breakfast before breaking off in pairs for writing sessions. Calum was often with Luke while writing and that left Ashton with Michael. Ashton thought it would be great to get back into his matchmaking skills. So they left the house headed in separate directions, Ashton hoping to accomplish more than just a song.

Michael and Ashton were making great progress on a song, they worked well together and they tended to goof off from time to time too. It can't be all business all the time, besides this is their passion.

"Okay so wait what kind of song are we writing?" Michael asked looking over the lyrics they already had.

"I don't know, maybe a love song, I'm in the mood for love, what about you?" Ashton suggests.  

"Love? Like actual love?"

"Yeah why not?"

"But I've never been in love."

"Maybe there is someone you're already in love with and you just don't know it." Ashton says absentmindedly like he knows nothing when really he knows everything...well sort of.

"Look bro I love you and all but only in a friend way." Michael pats Ashton on the shoulder. 

"Not me asshole, I'm straight remember?"

"That's what they all say."

"Michael I promise you I'm not the one in love with you."

"Wait are you saying someone is in love with me?" Michael asks.

"Nope. Not at all, I mean I'm sure there are millions of girls around the world that are in love with you." Ashton thinks he saved himself.

"But you sounded like someone I know is in love with me."

"No I didn't gosh Mikey get your hearing checked." Ashton chuckled nervously.

"I already did, my right ear can't hear higher frequencies."

"Oh okay, well let's just get back to the song." And the conversation was dropped, and it was good for Ashton because who knows what he could've said.

For some reason Calum always finds himself on his fan account late at night after everything has happened during the day. Because Calum was with Luke through most of it he was missing Michael. He knows it's weird because he sees him every day and he saw him only this morning, but to him Michael was home and he was missing his home at the moment. He was also trying to find something to tweet off his account, it's been neglected since Michael's ask the past night. Calum could always tweet about Malum, talk about how much he wishes they were actually real. And there he has it. His tweet of the night or whatever it is.

@enchantedbymgcx: I wish Malum actually were dating, they would be so cute!

It's true, they would be very cute together. They would even each other out nicely, plus it helps when they are both attractive on their own, put them together and you've got the next Brangelina except Brad really needs to stop growing a beard. Calum got pulled out of his thoughts by a notification

Calum always knew Ashton would have his back, and it meant a lot to know that Ashton wouldn't mind having two of his band mates date each other.

Calum scoffed

It felt good to be sassy when he couldn't on his personal twitter, it made Calum feel good. And with that thought he checked his phone for the time and saw that it was after midnight, he knew they had to be up early so he figured to put away his phone and call it a night.

If only he didn't put his phone away, he would've saw something that would make his eyes want to fall out of their sockets in shock.
