"You look stunning." Nate grinned as i stepped out of the house.
I looked down at my outfit and raised an eyebrow.
"I look painfully Southern." I teased.

Nate laughed a little and led me to his car, opening the door for me.
I got in and buckled up, plugging my phone into the AUX quickly and playing J.Cole's album.
Nate got in the car and grinned, "I love this album." He said as the car took off towards the woods.
"Me too, I want to go to one of his concerts so bad." I announced, my fingers tapping along to the beat of '03 Adolescence as we parked.
We got out of the car and began walking into the woods, the smell of beer and bump of a bass guiding us.
When we approached a group of tall guys, Nate's arm instinctively wrapped around my shoulders.
"Skate! What's up man?" A blonde boy, the smallest of the group yelled excitedly to Nate.
"Johnson, what's good?" They did their little dap thing and Johnson turned to me.
"You must be Celina, I'm Jack Johnson." He greeted in a friendly tone, a small smile on his lips as we shook hands.
"And I'm Jack Gilinsky." A tall, greek god announced from behind Johnson.
"Jack and Jack? That sounds like a teeny bopper singing group." I teased, making them both bust out into laughs.
"Where's Sam?" Nate asked, his eyebrows furrowed.
The mention of the name Sam made my heart flutter, were they friends?
"Somewhere with Ashley." Gilinsky said, making Nate scoff.
"Again?" He asked, Johnson nodding in return.
"I'm gonna go get a drink." I said to Nate softly, kissing his cheek gently before slipping out from under his arm, and walking over to a makeshift bar.
I grabbed a Corona for Nate and a Mike's Hard Lemonade for me, and began going back to the guys when I noticed that a new boy with bleached hair had joined them.
I huffed in annoyance and brought the drink to Nate.
"Thanks Ma." Nate smiled, wrapping his arm back around me as he looked back to Sammy.
"What were you saying?" Nate asked, as I opened my drink and sipped it.
"Celina?" Sammy asked in confusion, making me raise an eyebrow at him.
"Yes?" I asked boredly.
"Why are you here?" Sammy asked, his tone harsh, making Nate tense up.
"Because you didn't call me in almost two weeks and I met Nate, and he invited me?" I said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
Sammy rolled his eyes and looked at Nate,"Dude, she's ugly. I know you haven't gotten any in a while but you didn't have to stoop so low."
My heart broke a little when he said that but I raised an eyebrow and said," You really can't call people ugly when you look like you fell in battery acid head first."
Gilinsky and Johnson yelled," Oh shit! Roast! Savage!" and Nate laughed.
Sammy looked embarrassed and rolled his eyes, taking a sip of his beer.
"Come on Celina, I'll give you a ride home." Nate whispered into my ear, kissing my temple gently as we walked back to his car.
We got in and Nate gave me his sweatshirt because I was shivering as we drove. He looked at me curiously and sighed a little, running a hand through his hair.
